This was hands down the best ice cream I have ever had- hands down!! To me, it was more creamy and soft, reminding me more of a custard texture but so delicious!

We dropped by for an ice cream after lunch. The service was friendly and the ice cream was delicious. I especially like the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle flavor. Really good!

Very disappointed! Service was really bad. Mariah I believe that was her name who took my order was nice but then totally forgot about my order, I waited for 25mins and then I proceeded to check on it and yep she forgot about it because she didn’t know my order but then she charge me for it so I was very confused on how she forgot about my order plus the line wasn’t busy at all. I was standing there the whole time so how could they forgot about my order. For being my first time there never again, Won’t be back to this location. Terrible employees

I was in line behind 1 couple at 10:15pm. There were several employees cleaning and an old man making banana splits for the couple in front of me. The old man took 20 minutes to make their order and when he got to me, He raised his voice and said, "we were closed 10 minutes ago" and I said "I've been waiting here since 10:15". The couple behind me said the same thing. He rolled his eyes, and I said, "Never mind, I don't want this type of service." I walked away, and I don't recommend this location to anyone.

Ice cream is good but the organization of the service is bad. Everytime I come here there’s a crowd and I end up being skipped multiple times. A 5-10 minute wait turned into over 30 minutes most recently due to employees randomly moving windows splitting the lines. I think they should do a better job of keeping the line organized so that waiting customers aren’t continuously skipped. Won’t be back to this location but the ice cream is always good.

Love Brusters. Always have solid ice cream. Came to get one last scoop before leaving town and the high schoolers working inside closed early and proceeded to hide from me instead of taking my order 15 minutes before their actual closing hours.
I hadn't been here in years, but I tried Graham Central Station for the first time and lost it. OMG, exactly what I needed in my life.The gentleman behind the counter was amazing, like an old-fashioned ice cream man from back in the day, so friendly and proud to share his creations. Bruster's has the best flavors, you can tell their ice cream is fresh and made with love. Bruster's alll day yay!!!
