I almost never leave reviews but went here June 26th 2025 with someone. Ordered two scoops of ice cream, cookie dough & peach on a waffle cone. I take the first lick & when I pull the cone away from my mouth, there’s a piece of long, dark hair lodged between my cone & the ice cream. That was so gross but I didn’t want to make a scene with all the customers so I didn’t say anything. The cookie dough was delicious but the peach was disgusting. Keep hair out of customers frozen treats!!!!

Ice cream itself was only okay. Definitely have had better and I have had worse. My real issue is with the service. There is no easy way to put this but here it is: black woman taking a black males order as my white family walked up. Black woman looked at us and then just proceeded to count receipts in front of us with no acknowledgement that we walked up. She then walks to the back of the store and another black woman working there came up and took our order. The first black woman then comes back up and proceeds to take another black family's order at this time. She most definitely avoided taking our order. We said nothing and did nothing to this woman. I most certainly got the picture of who she wanted to serve that is for sure. Ill take my money elsewhere in the future.

Love Brusters. Ive been visiting this location for 15 years and it's always a nice experience.
Stopped by after a Braves game. 20 minutes before close. Plenty of people in line. Tried to order a milkshake so I could safely drive my son home with it and was told they don’t do milk shakes right now because they are trying to close. Guessing this is not a corporate policy but the message sent loud and clear is “Providing a good experience to our guests is not worth us having to wash an extra dish or stay a few minutes longer.” This all to common elevation of self over service is sad.

We have a tradition where we find a new ice cream shop every time we visit a new place. Bruster’s did not disappoint. 10/10 I got banana pudding chocolate peanut butter chip and my son got vanilla. Delicious!

As I sat down after getting my southern banana pudding ice cream, I fell in love.
I sat beside the loml and we ate ice cream together on a bench near the trash cans while the 2 people behind us sat on the table closest to the trash cans eating hot wings.
The light from Best Buy across the parking lot lit up the loml’s face while we sat and ate the amazing ice cream together
4 stars only becuz the mixed smell of rotting trash and overly spicy hot wings
