Bruster's has the best ice cream I've ever had in the area!!! They have lots of flavor options to choose from that are all stellar. I had the Graham Central Station ice cream (ice cream with Graham crackers and chocolate chip pieces in it) and I loved it! Highly recommend Bruster's if you're craving delicious ice cream :)
We were down for the Braves Postseason Workout. We had just had dinner at Papasito's and had a hankering for some ice cream. So glad we stopped at Bruster's. The staff, which there were only 2 at the time, did a great job keeping up with orders, a couple of which were larger orders. We enjoyed all the flavors we tried, even the seasonal pumpkin flavor though it did remind me of egg nog quite a bit. Not a bad thing since I do love some egg nog. Will definitely go back when in that area again. Do your taste buds a solid and go to Bruster's!

This location attempted to charge me more than the menu price for a regular Sunday and stated that they charge extra for strawberry topping, despite it being included in the menu offering. I get that the economy isn’t the greatest and peak season is ending but scamming customers is not the way!!!

I ordered a regular cup for pick up (Oreo, cake batter and birthday cake) but received butter pecan (or some kind with nuts in it which I don’t eat), cake batter and birthday cake. I even double confirmed my order at the window and it was still wrong ?

Absolutely amazing service! The manager went above and beyond to explain the menu and allow me to try different flavors. He was very knowledgeable about the menu. He pointed out different flavors that he thought I would like since I was looking for some thing with peanut butter. It was quick service, and the ice cream was delicious! There were a ton of peanut butter crumbles on top and the ice cream was the perfect consistency, not too thick or soft, which I really appreciated. I would definitely be back! This is my go to Bruster's! Also, if you would like a discount get the Bruster's app as they have rewards!

Ok, so...I ordered online, 1st time, to...PICKUP. Not to arrive and have to wait to "make it". In this VERY HOT WEATHER, the soft ice cream will SURELY MELT in the now getting hot car. I blasted the AC on the way there to keep my car COLD FOR ICE CREAM TRANSPORT. The thought process is...order online, they make it and put in the freezer until I arrive. I will NOT BE ORDERING ONLINE again, if I just have to wait on it, behind customers already in line. THIS MAKES NO SENSE.??

Friendly service, quick turnarounds on the orders. They also customized my order the way I wanted it. My kids was very happy for that as they got their Dirt Sundae with their favorite ice cream flavors.

I LOVE BRUSTERS!!!! Oh my goodness, the ice cream is so creamy and plentiful! They give more than enough. The times I've went, the service is great and friendly; I would say to be very forward about any coupons you may have, they can often times forget if you walk off. The atmosphere is just a walk up ice cream stand. On a clear day i guess you could enjoy the ice cream at the provided tables but i rarely see anyone lingering around.

The lady can't read the online order. Gave me just cookie bites with no ice cream or my waffle bowl. Just slow as ever. Never coming back! Reading is fundamental plus my online order wasn't ready. Just a waste of time ?
