It's fast food. Had to make a stop to fill out DFCS paperwork so a friend and I made lunch out of it. It also helps that all the staff at this location were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately everyone staff and customers all agreed that the app needs work.

Wish I could give negative 5 stars! Horrible service! Horrible food! I ordered on Uber eats because I work from home, and my order was wrong, stale and cold, then when I got there even after calling and saying, I was coming to pick my order up after receiving it incorrectly, and stale and couldn’t even greet me or ask “how can I help you?” They just let me sit at the front counter like I wasn’t there for a reason. When I was showing them my receipt and to let them know why it was wrong and With proof on my order from Uber eats They ended up charging me extra for cheese Because they messed my order up. Then I get my remade meal and it’s bland! 🙄😑 There’s no salt and the grease on The hashbrowns tasted burnt and Bitter. And French toast, sticks, overcooked, and hard again. I’m Having a hard time understanding why you even come to work if all you’re going to do is mess people‘s orders up and serve nasty food. I’m pretty sure they will end up closing this one down for good soon. Don’t waste your time. This store definitely needs some customer service management, cause their manager isn’t it! All I can hear the whole time behind the counter is her having an attitude and mouthing off about having to fix the order.. no manners, and unprofessional. But it’s fast food so I guess you get what you get but goodness, money was spent. I’m sure if the shoe was on the other foot, they wouldn’t have been happy and probably wouldn’t come back either if they paid for something and had the experience I did. Always check the Google reviews before ordering anything on uber eats. What a waste of $23 , gas, and time!
