Drive thru worker was extremely rude and threatened my sick elderly mother because she repeated her order it was hard to hear and understand what the worker was saying on the speaker I've been a customer of this location for almost 40 years and now I probably will never step foot in this establishment again in my entire life that is completely unacceptable in my opinion I guess this is Burger King now they just hired thugs who want to harass and abuse their customers

I made an online order however I didn’t see the order that I had made but money was already taking off my card. Once I got to the store I informed the cashier what happened . Ruferia and her manager took care of the order with no problems. 10/10 highly

100% hit or miss. Don't plan on having it your way. Your gonna get it how they want to make it. Forget asking for condiments. They always forget and 70% of the time the dining room is closed and it's not worth sitting in the drive thru line for 2 packets of ketchup. Staff is pretty friendly. Store has went way down since Mrs. AJ has been gone.

Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger, Onion Rings, Bacon Cheeseburger

People were waiting in the dining room and when they put the food on the counter it sat. People in the dining room didn't know there food was ready. The cook got fired while I was there. The door dash guy was given the wrong order. I heard the employees talking about it while I was there. The hamburger I got was so salty and greasy I couldn't eat it. The place needs to be shut down. It is horrible.

I had been coming to this location for quite a while now. It’s always been giving It’s a great experience in my order & hospitality. This Burger King has improved a lot over the years! Thank you for your hard work that you all have done to keep this location in great shape.

Drive through order didn’t eat inside the building. The person who took my order was pleasant and professional. The pay window employee was upbeat and courteous. However, I was super disappointed with the Whopper I ordered. The burger tasted like it had been prepared way in advance of my ordering it. The burger was very dry, cold and overcooked. I was the only customer at the drive through when i ordered. They handed my food to me almost immediately. While I appreciate fast service I’d prefer waiting for a freshly prepared burger.

This location doesn’t know what there doing. Came here with my BK gift card, gave it to the girl at the window only for her to tell me the card isn’t working as she swiped it a few times and it would not read. So I asked her why don’t you use the nbr on the card with pin? Only for her tell me it’s not working she needs a different payment method smh. Why sell Burger King gift card and not enter in the card nbrs is the magnetic strip doesn’t work … Makes no sense if you don’t know how to enter in the nbr just ask for help don’t tell the customer it doesn’t work.

First-rate Burger King, lovely interior design, fresh and tasty food, exemplary service and a welcoming atmosphere inside the restaurant. A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. When I left the fine establishment I accidentally stepped on a manlet, completely crushing the insignificant, pathetic little "man" as flat as a pancake! No harm done, there was barely any manlet residue stuck to the sole of my shoe. Although I may nevertheless choose to burn my shoes because there is truly nothing more disgusting than manlet contamination. Anyway, I just went on my merry way because nobody is going to miss a manlet. Good riddance.

Customer service horrible, thank good Maria saved the day by having the food fresh and good but the two black girls (I'm black myself) was horrible. I'll never come back on the account of them but great food, very hot.

You have workers worried about taking “selfies” and Snapchat videos of what they are doing aslo have workers hiding in dining booths some act like it’s a party in the back not even making food or anything employees throwing food at each other honestly just needs a grown and mature manager who will put these “kids in line they need to step it up and get off them phones
