Writing this review for Marvin who took my order when I stopped to grab lunch yesterday. He was such a sweetheart. Great customer service and very pleasant. Terrific job young man! Keep up the good work. 5 stars to him. Now my chicken sandwich was sad way too much mayonnaise so my rating is a bit lower.

The level of incompetent I received tonight is unreal. I ordered a triple whopper meal with extra cheese as pickles. When I made it home I had three pieces of meat, bacon and no cheese. I took the sandwich back and they remade it only to get a burger made the EXACT same way but this time they decided to put tomatoes on it. At that point I was scared to even take it back. This location needs to be retrained and restaffed. This is absolutely unacceptable. This could be the last place on earth to eat and I will never come back

Okay so me and my 69yr old military vet mom go through the drive-thru and we pacifically asked for no lettuce or cheese because my mom is allergic. They put everything on the burger. The man working the drive-through started arguing with my mom saying she did say no lettuce or cheese which we did because she’s allergic. I will never come to this establishment again.

I ordered 1 double cheeseburger. It took the server 5 minutes to get off her phone showing another worker something on social media. Apparently it was hilarious. Kids play area was wet and sloppy. Lights were off

Honestly, I don’t eat BK too much but had a little cheat day and grabbed a sandwich. For one, the manager Claudia is terrible. There were some unwarranted Micro aggressions hat was honestly uncalled for. I’m not surprised at this just sharing my experience. The food didn’t look too good either. I ordered something that from some point set to expire soon. Something malfunctioned or Claudia simply made an error but too prideful to admit it and they needed up giving me my item free. (Which is what the code signifies) after the nasty treatment I decided to not even eat but I did take a pic. It honestly looks terrible. This was a complete waste of time with terrible management and nasty food. I’d try another location because this is NOT IT.
I do want to say there was a really nice guy at the register who tried to help. I wish I got his name but if he reads this he will know lol I made it clear she was a total “female dog” and sorry he has to endure a shift with her.
