This location is pathetic. They can’t get simple orders right. The manger tonight was on her cell phone while I sat at the drive thru window for several minutes. They refused to make the food fresh when clearly it was like warm. I will be contacting corporate on this location.

I see why folks complain about this location. I ordered through the app to pick up whopper jr meal at 11:20am. I noticed bag was hot so I was good. I got home to find onion rings hot but sandwich was cold. What in the world?? They could've left the burger in the heat until I arrived. The young lady who gave me the food was nice but that's it. Nothing else.

I been ordering here on and off for three years at this location and it wasn’t the best at all, always I had to return something or order wasn’t right ! For the last 2 orders I knew it was a change because my food was fresh, organized, sealed properly including napkins and condiments..I called the store to make sure that my order will be right this time because it was placed on Uber, The New GM Ms Marley was sooo pleasant, respectful and professional. This is the first time anyone has ever answered that phone over three years that I’ve attempted to call about my orders ! That shows a lot about her attentiveness and management! She even replaced some items I didn’t receive on my last order and gave extra items just for the inconvenience! Ms Marley if you read this, you were absolutely amazing and I know, that store will prosper better now that you are there!???
