I'd give this place a negative 10 of if I could. Customer service is usually trash. Drive through workers are rude and obnoxious. I visited, for the final time, on Oct 6th. Drive through attendant was so rude and condescending, while I was ATTEMPTING to order, that I drove off. I don't want people like that handling MY food. Shut this place down already.

Everything was okay here except for the amount of mayo on the original chicken sandwiches. There was so much that your sandwich was sliding apart and making it nearly impossible to eat easily.

Went through the drive thru yesterday, when the girl ask what I wanted it was other workers were so loud she couldn't hear me order. I had to place it at the window, rude service, I believe they could use more training.
Ordered on the app at 10:30 PM in which it said they were open until 1 AM. Google indicated they were open as well. This is second time I have ordered at this restaurant and they were closed. What a rip off and can’t get a refund but had submit a case via email. This place is trash and a sham! I would give them zero stars if I could!

One of the best Burger Kings in my area. I use the drive thru usually but sometimes I go into the lobby to order my food. They are getting better with taking orders through the drive thru and most times the person at the window has a pleasant attitude and take care of your needs if you need anything extra (be kind and they be kind back). The lobby is always clean and the soda machine always works when I go. I do often times have to check my food because I like it piping hot and sometimes I have to go back in the lobby to get a replacement. But they are always prompt and helpful and usually make a fresh batch of chicken fries or burger if I ask for a replacement. Overall, a good experience for a fast food restaurant with some improvement needed when it comes to the temp of the food but what fast food restaurant doesn’t have that problem sometimes.
