Besides the lukewarm fries, wrong drinks, and missing items from the order, the driver thru worker was very dismissive and rude. He tried to blame us when he missed things in our order and kept interrupting me to tell me he couldn’t understand me at the order window. Just go to the Wendy’s down the street.

My entire was wrong I was charged correctly but all of my sandwiches missing cheese i didn't get my fries I ordered a small drink and got a large.....like how!!!! And of course no manager answered the phone!!!!!! This is exactly why we the people choose mcdonalds and wendys just trash!!!!

They close their doors at 6 pm when they’re supposed to close at 10. Forcing people to use the drive thru which also took 20+ mins to receive my food.

Very slow (15 minute wait). Incorrect orders more often than not. Very understaffed and has been like this for at least 4 years (since 2020). This is from more than 10 visits as I pass by often. The only reason they get 2 stars and not 1 is that the food is always hot, but that is because everything needs to be made to order as they are always behind.
