The white girl with the long hair (I believe her name is Lindsay as I heard another employee call her) at the counter made it a hostile environment. When I came to the counter to order, she saw me but didn’t greet me or come over to me for several minutes after I waited. Then she rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything. Terrible customer service. While someone else was making my drink, I overheard her complaining about doing her job and she had a nasty attitude with me and the other customers. A little while after when I sat down to do my work on my laptop, I noticed she was standing around doing nothing while there was a line full of people and she was leaving it to her other coworkers. She needs to be fired or at least reprimanded because this is absolutely unacceptable. This doesn’t seem like the job for her. The latte that the other worker made me was good though.

Such a bummer. This place was great a few years ago. Unfortunately it’s very dirty and run down now. We ordered a simple vanilla iced latte and there was a lot of confusion from the barista in how many shots of espresso went it. Tasted mostly like milk. They did remake and it was better but still not good. Husband ordered a mocha frappe that just tasted like crushed ice. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and tacos and they were both nearly inedible. Really trying to support this local biz but the restraint is dirty and falling apart. Sad to see in such a vibrant Smyrna downtown.

I go into this cafe all the time. I work in this square and I went in there to get my usual blueberry lemonade. The girl there put too much ice in it. So when I told her there was too much ice, she put her FINGERS in my drink to remove the ice AND HAD THE NERVE to give me the drink. I was completely baffled what she did and told her to make a new drink. She rolls her eyes, dumps out the drink and makes a new one and places the drink down without a top, walks away and began whispering about me with another employee in front of my face. I have never had that kind of customer there before but that girl was so rude and unprofessional. I complained and asked for my money back, of which they did. I love their lemonades but the customer service was terrible and I will not be going back!

This place should've been evicted a long time ago- dirty, rundown, bad food and coffee, rude management, and failed their health score with one of the lowest scores I've ever seen less than a year ago.
PLEASE do not give them your money, Smyrna deserves better.

This place needs to be shut down for a deep clean and a remodel. Has so much potential as a coffee shop in this quaint location, but they apparently do not care about cleanliness and order. I am glad I did not have any food here. Ordered a drink and was even skeptical of that. Restroom dirty and no toilet paper. Floors disgusting. Staff dressed in clinical scrubs helping customers. Why? Just a mess. Charging crazy high prices though.

Unfortunately a disaster I ordered for pickup on seamless app. When I arrived my order was not ready. I sat in the couch area and observed how dirty the place was. I asked to add additional items. The guy cashier had to ask three times to get my order, though he wrote it down. I ordered the PBJ French toast on the app. He said they no longer make this and cannot give me a refund or substitute. I paid for side of bacon, I did not receive even after asking before I left that it was in the order and he confirmed. A half hour later my to go order was ready. I went back to work only to find out no utensils, napkins, or condiments were given.

I was utterly shocked and in complete disbelief that this place could be in operation with the condition it’s in. It is disgusting inside. The seats are torn up and run down. There are crumbs, dirt, and unidentified substances on the floor, walls and appliances. Flies around. The light fixtures are almost completely covered in thick dust and dirt. It was hot and humid inside, with a small portable AC on one side of the restaurant that I was sitting near and felt nothing coming out.
Now reading the reviews (which I always do but failed to this time because we were around and just walked in) from a YEAR ago saying the exact same things, it is crystal clear. This business owner does not care for the welfare of its staff or customers. I’ve never seen anything like this in person and I hope never to again.
Place has a nice location however..... ac not working, dirty floors, webs on walls, tables and chairs seem to look like theyve never been cleaned. There were flies inside. Ordered french toast with fruit. Paid 12. For two small pieces of bread and strawberries. Theres other places you pay 12-15 for something like that but you get more toast or atleast a variety of fruit. Their latte though was delicious. Looks like they need help service was very slow. And RR def. Needed cleaning. I dont know if I recommend or if I'll go back

Nothing about this place is good. The food is mediocre. Pretty sure the pastries come directly from Costco. The coffee is on par with what a gas station serves. The last time we got ice cream here, it tasted freezer burnt. Something is wrong with their ventilation system because it’s smokey and smelly inside.
The decor and furniture is worn. The windows are smudgy. Everything is just…dingy.
They recently had a health score of 44. Retested to a 70-something. I think they may be under new ownership because the website is no longer active.
Such a shame because their location is prime for Smyrna Market Village!

This coffee shop is run by teenagers paid minimum wage & treated unfairly and it tastes like it. The coffee is bitter and undrinkable. I’ve seen their baked goods being toted in from Costco. Smyrna deserves better and I’d love to petition to remove this business and replace it with a real coffee shop.
