Visited the on 2/16/25 and the lady working the counter was beyond rude. No smile basically tosses your food to you and ignored my daughter for at least 5 minutes when she was wanting to PAY for a tea refill. We definitely not be back.

After 20 minutes in the drive thru and multiple others just drove away… we gave up. They never took our order. The one car in front of the window was there the whole time…. That is beyond a staffing problem.

This by far is the best Captain D’s food, service, and atmosphere. I got the Family Sampler and asked for extra of all sauces they gladly gave me a bag of all sauces. Everything was fresh, the fish and fries crispy like I like them.

Came to this location a couple months ago. I initially wanted to try their new chicken tenders, but they were out. It happens. So, I got the Seafood Sampler instead, paying extra in order to get a loaded baked potato.

Unfortunately, I was away before I opened my box. There was no butter or sour cream for my potato. Maybe that's on me, they asked at the window if I wanted any sauce, and I said no. But A) I guess I kinda assumed it was a given that a LOADED potato would come with butter and sour cream, and B) I don't think I have ever heard those called 'sauces' before. My shrimp were also nonexistent, at all.

What makes it even worse is that I went to the link on my receipt. Took the time to fill in the form. Never heard anything back.

Health score was 83%! I was starving and took a chance to eat here, because I was in the area and had a taste for a fish sandwich. The heavy set White guy that took my order was unfriendly and lacked good customer service skills. I waited 10 minutes for my food and the fish sandwich looked like they just slopped it together and the fries were cold. I complained to the young lady named Jamiyah who I thought was the manager as she was sitting down doing paperwork, but shd said she was about to leave as her shift ended. She was very friendly, professional, and empathetic. She was about to leave for the day, but made the kitchen staff bring me some fresh fries. Kudos to Jamiyah for saving the day. I won't be back to this location, but wanted to provide my feedback and say that Jamiyah should be promoted into a leadership position. That's all!

UPDATE Oct 15th,2024 : Do not go to this location. As you can see the character at Captain D's responded to my review weeks ago but failed to make this horrible visit right. I spent $40 and the character of Captain D's want to offer me $3 desert for the $40 I lost for the bad food and the sit in service with disruptive employees. I will make another call to corporate owners in the next week or so. Disgusting.

September 2024 : Editing my review because I went recently after years of not got to captain D"s and it was. NIGHTMARE.. not only are some but most of the workers steady and ready to mock you for instance the cook in the back he has no work ethic to that restaurant other than to take his family members free food out to the car when they pull up but if you are a PAYING CAPTAIN D's customer all you gonna get is old food and hard stale buns and it's like he goes the extra mile to make it disgusting. As for the lady with the long hair locs all she does is complain about working and LOUDLY saying she been working their off and on since a teen and she ain't the manager and the manager need to give her time off because she got another job. Did ANYBODY tell her she don't have stocks in Captain D's so instead of LOUDLY running her big mouth until her girlfriend showed up she can just QUIT and stop running her mouth and beg her other job to give her more hours? Cause I OBVIOUSLY she do need the job. I came in at the time that they were speaking on how dirty the drink machines were but that's it they didn't clean them they just complained on how dirty they were and I had to pay for my soda that had no FIZZ at all..I MEAN NONE. IT was HORRIBLE spending $40 on my Birthday for TRASH FOOD. The fish had a weird taste,the hush puppies had no flavor just dough fried,the fries were hard with pieces of other food mixed in. The cash register girl was obviously young and not like the old heads so she can be molded as for the old heads they apparently feel there lack of pay doesn't equate to giving good food delivery and customer service. I haven't even read the other reviews in years but I'm POSITIVE I'm not the only one that washed $40 down the drain had to throw it all away and in these times of high cost it should be ILLEGAL to steal people money cause you know your store isn't up to regulations with your wayward employees and obviously underpaid management.
I want a FULL REFUND for this catastrophe.

This is a Captain D’s chain issue of always running out of food. I came today for the lobster roll, no rolls, ordered 3 spicy fish, surprised I was able to get 2. No fries and the intercom was broken. Waited for about 25mins for food. This will be my last time. Good customer services though.

I got the wrong order and when I tried to call back the phone was off the hook or something but I paid extra for a baked potato and macaroni and cheese and they gave me fries and broccoli i kept the food and tried to bring it back the next day but they said i need a receipt and I said I can probably get a bank statement but they refused to fix my order and I am so mad right now this restaurant needs to go out of business asap
