Cherry berry SunJoy is awesome just a little small for the price....but y'all already know inflation is "transitory" right?! ?

Went in to get a sweet tea, the service was horrible, I was rushed and on top of that, the sticker was still left on the lemon. That told me they weren’t washed properly, and even the person who prepared it didn’t care enough to see it stick stuck to it. I’ve read many reviews for things being left in cups, etc. this store needs to be closed for training. This is unacceptable ?

Changed from the cfa close to home because they consistently were messing up my order to this one. Ordered a market salad with spicy grilled chicken, the receipt printed the correct order but was given the non-spicy version aka not what I ordered..... seriously! Is this now a cfa wide thing??!

I made an order here and it was completely the opposite of what i asked for, I had to go to the counter multiple times to inform them my order was wrong they said "wait a second" and never got back to me i was left with a wrong order and no one seemed to care enough to fix it. I don't usually leave reviews but this experience really upset me and no one said 'my pleasure' the slogan they usually say i felt like a burdon to them. My cashier was Karime and she did a horrible job in taking my order she was busy talking to another employee about her twin kids.

Forgot part of my order. Had to wait in drive thru line twice. No apology, no nothing. Just “oh ok pull ahead”. Then “here you go sir”. They just don’t match the service quality of the brand, they never have. They clearly have lower hiring standards than other locations. Also no “my pleasure”. Ever. And I got no spoon for my soup so I had to drink it from the bowl. Awesome.

Not only did they forget my salad dressing. They gave me a chocolate cookie parfait, when I asked for granola! I do not eat chocolate! I had to leave work and turn all the way back around and ask for my order to be fixed. I missed my lunch break and they acted like it was no big deal. This location is terrible!!!!!!!!! They give you whatever they want and don’t make it right. They can kiss my behind.

Regularly forgets items from orders, especially from kid’s meals. Then when you ask about the missing items the employees have attitudes about it.

This review is more about customer service than anything else. I didn't appreciate that Luis, the cashier taking my order, couldn't focus long enough for me to finish my order before he picked up his phone to start texting someone. I literally stood there and waited until he finished to see if he'd notice there was a customer standing in front of him, but he didn't seem to, nor did he seem to really care. When I asked for sauces, he couldn't manage to walk 10 feet to the sauce station without getting distracted with his Apple watch and continuing to text. It was kind of ridiculous. If a person can't do their job properly without become immediately distracted by a device, it's perhaps better to lock the device up so that the job can be performed.
