This chick fil a as proved itself, on multiple occasions to be bottom of the barrel. I’ve have 2 more than dreadful experiences with management in this establishment. I ordered a meal and it was not fresh, so they asked for me to give it back to them. No problem (even though this is against policy to receive food back through the window). I decided to mark the box to make sure they didn’t give me the same food back
And that’s EXACTLY what they did. I went inside to address this health code violation and disrespect with the manager, Andrea, and she was so dry, told me I was lying and was completely uninterested. I will be contacting corporate, the health department, and use the power of social media with the proof I have of this incident. There are so many additional details to this incident but I won’t make it too long for the public.
After this incident, (even though I should have never gone back) I went to get a breakfast bowl. They just threw cheese in the bowl and barely crumbled sausage in there. I didn’t ask for them to fix it, just for a refund. The manager said “what happened” and the associate said “it’s because they only use half a sausage patty” as if though I wasn’t standing there. i KNOW how much they use. The point is that it was half of THAT and they didn’t even care to look up and acknowledge what was going on.
Deplorable service, awful management, and this is the leadership hired to oversee and train employees? Please. This is not over. We will be valued as consumers.

Find more space for your employees when they are busy walking and jumping around between the cars in your property , I’m not sure why parents let their kids to risk their lives working in the drive through , so dangerous making an order while the car is moving the employee is waking next to the car while his busy typing on his iPad not sure what’s the purpose and when you get to the window to get your food younger employees all over the place running to the customers cars to give the food , no safety and even it’s freezing out side they are outside working same thing in the summer time very sad to see Chick-fil-A Treating their employees that way

Check your order before you drive off. Can’t count how many times I’ve been shorted items from this location. I usually catch it but twice I’ve had to drive back to get the items. Neither time I got so much as a “sorry for the inconvenience.” I’ve started driving a little further to get to the Vinings location.

These guys have a knack for getting my order wrong whenever delivering through the chick fil a app. It's almost comical at this point. Maybe it's because I've had a bad day, but I feel the need to leave this review because this is just getting so old at this point. Probably a 60% hit rate on getting my order correct anytime I get delivery.

The amount of hashbrowns is sad. Ok, you don't fill up the box and have a set amount. What is it because there is no consistency at all. This is ridiculous, and once again, you have a set amount, lol.
