Placed an order for drive thru pickup at 12:20pm , noticed the stand still line so I got off to pickup instead . Did not get my food till 1pm . After returning to my job I noticed my bowls were made all wrong. To top it off I ordered chips as a side and instead got a bag of actual cold tortillas ! Not worth my $40

We ordered our food for pickup. The app stated the food would be ready by 12:20pm. I arrived at 12:25 giving them an extra 5 min just in case. I pull into the establishment with the drive thru wrapped around the building and the line inside almost going out the door. I understand chipotle is usually busy. The drive through line didn’t move for almost 5 min, so I decided to just pick it up inside. (It was raining, so I wanted to stay inside my car if I could). The inside was just as slow. It seemed very chaotic and understaffed. There were probably 7 people waiting to pick up and then of course the regular line. I felt bad for the workers. I waited over 40 min for my pick up order. Missed my lunch break window and was late going back. But I had already paid. When it was finally ready, when I took it back my coworkers order was incorrect. They didn’t offer any apologies or maybe just like a free bag of chips for the wait/inconvenience. I will be avoiding this chipotle establish. Especially for work lunches.

415p-ish 1/22 WtH!!!! OMG!!! WONDERFUL!!! This location provided me with the best tasting & temperature cooked steak EVER from a Chipotle location... I have in my years eaten at several & many Chipotle locations across the US... I am highly impressed... also the management is very friendly... & the skinny young man with the colored locs is very nice and well mannered during my visit... Amazing!!! I had to share the experience 😃😃😃👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Traveling from Atlanta to Nashville and decided to stop at Chipotle in Cobb Ave. and it was the right choice! The food was the freshest that I have ever had at a Chipotle location. The service was quick and the customer service was on point. I am a people watcher so I watched them as they quickly serviced those on the line as well as Door Dashers. Very impressive

The manager is rude. My food was overly salty so I returned it and requested a refund because I have to go to work, I don’t have time to wait. They granted the refund however I paid 21 in cash and $2 on my card, the entire $23 was paid back to my card. Mind you, when I was originally paying the reason I even paid with my card is because they had no bills for $40 change. I did not want the money on my card and to them it may seem small but I carry cash for a reason. That was my last amount in cash.

This location consistently delivers an unacceptable level of service. The staff shows little interest in customer satisfaction, and their attitude makes it clear that customer service is not a priority here.

During Chipotle’s BOGO promotion, I was told they could not honor it because their in-store ordering system was down. I even offered to place the order online and asked if they could simply duplicate it, and they refused. In other words, they would not honor a promotion advertised on Chipotle’s own website - effectively leaving customers without the deal they were promised.

It’s also routine for this restaurant to run out of menu items, and the employees flat-out refuse to remake dishes after 7 p.m., which is unacceptable for a restaurant that is still open and serving customers.

Given the repeated lack of accountability, refusal to assist customers, and clear disregard for maintaining basic service standards, I strongly advise avoiding this location. The low rating is well-deserved and accurately reflects the experience you should expect here.
