The manager that works here needs to be gone. You don’t berate your employees for slow lines. You want to get the most out of your team, you help them instead of telling them they’re not good. She has no business being in food industry let alone customer service.

After reading the reviews i was a little afraid to come here. It's maybe a little more chaotic than the average location, but it was also quite busy. Tables were clean, my metal cafeteria tray wasn't perfectly clean but I'm not really bothered by stuff like that. What made this 4 stars instead of 3 was that one of the workers was super friendly and greeted everyone. I always remember that these workers are not highly paid.

It’s Nasty, no handwashing nor sanitation of work stations. The cashier yawn and did not cover mouth. The lady preparing food never changed gloves. The health department will be notified of the public health risk. Cross contamination, infection control.

Placed an online order, gave them an extra 10 minutes after pickup time. Arrived and it was not ready. Several others came to pickup online orders there was nothing ready on the shelf. I waited 20 minutes in a dirty restaurant. Tables dirty, food & ice on the floor, chairs everywhere. And there was only 1 person eating inside. They were fully staffed. 2 ppl at the drive thru and filling online orders. Several others working. So why the wait for everyone's food? There isn't a care in the world with the staff. If you see Several ppl waiting for their orders why not check with your team members for when it's ready and who's here for pick up. Just standing there only doing your primary task and has an attitude at that! When I finally got my food, which included a new item on the menu, ofcourse it was over cooked and not fresh!! Lol what was i waiting for?! Never again. Chipotle is headed towards McDonald's reputation! And this is in Smyrna might I add!!

Whoever was working Chipotlane 5/9 at 6:50 was rude as hell. Rolled her eyes when I asked for a side of vinaigrette and sour cream. She only gave me the vinaigrette so I waited. She in turn noticed i was still waiting. Gave a rude look and a “what?!” hand gesture. Rolled her eyes again

We have been coming to this Chipotle for a really long time. The past few months this place has gone down hill. I'm not sure who is managing this place on weekday nights but if someone doesn't do something about it it will be closed soon. The service is HORRIBLE, they are so worried about closing duties that they let people wait for long periods unnecessarily. They laugh and joke all the time and people are waiting to order. It's just not the same and it is disappointing. What happened to this store?.

I truly cannot say enough bad things about this chipotle. Everyone is rude. No one cares about the food. I’ve never had chips that weren’t stale from there and I keep trying to go back to it because it’s close to my house, but I think I’d rather drive just to know that I’d actually get respect and quality food.

Absolutely dissatisfied. Every time we visit this location our orders are wrong - usually missing an ingredient, lacking amount of ingredient (like extra protein that was paid for), or contains ingredients we didn't ask for (covered in hot sauce). This location never ceases to disappoint. We don't eat here often due to the poor quality of staff & food, but we check back every couple of months. Terrible disappointment. We would be better off eating next door at Taco Bell. Don't waste your money or time eating here. Such a sad representation of a great food chain.
