I eat Chipotle at least once a week. This location has the best staff, hands down. They are fast, friendly and cheerful. This location also the best parking of any location I've ever visited.

I haven't been to Chipotle in many years, but this one was very good. The food was good, the service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was fine with the exception of the parking lot. They had a lot of reserved spots for mobil orders but far ones for those people that had to order on the spot. They should allow more parking spots closer to the door for walk in customers.

This is the Absolute WORST location I ever been to. I actually left one location and drove to this one, but I should’ve stayed at the other one. I wanted to try the honey chicken, but they were telling customers at this location they didn’t sell it. I ordered a quesadilla online, because they don’t allow you to order them in the store. I went online while I was in the store to place the order. I waited 25 minutes for it. I noticed when I got in the car it smelled funny so I opened it and my quesadilla was burnt. So I went back inside to the boy who was doing the bowls and I let him know I want it remade. He went and had a conversation with the girl cooking the quesadillas who was also the manager. So I moved down and told the cashier what happened waited for another 15 minutes. So I asked the lady cashier was she remaking my food. Of course she was not remaking my food, the lady making the quesadillas appeared to have a nasty attitude and show no concern or sense of urgency. So the female cashier took my order again and I had to wait another 30 minutes. When the lady who was making it brought to me she literally sat the food down in front me, no eye contact, no apologies, and walked off. The other one was still a little burnt. I will NEVER return to this location. Also ordered chips and queso and the chips are clearly stale. I will be making a call to corporate.

This Chipotle served our portions super small. This was my first time coming to this location, I ordered extra steak and the young lady serving me scooped some of the steak out of my bowl when it was already under portioned. When I questioned her about it she said they were running out. I honestly don’t feel like that would be the customers problem and she should have let me know there was not enough especially if they are up charging you. Once we were ready to sit down and eat me noticed there were only spoons in all the utensil holders. When we asked the lady at the register she just noted and pretended like she was not listening. Just an awful experience, I will never visit this location ever again.

The nastiest Chipotle I’ve ever seen! Food all over the floor, and the counter. From beans, to lettuce. It was absolutely disgusting!! I hate it for the owner who trusts, and also pay, their employees to keep up the restaurant. I should’ve taken pictures to show how nasty it was in there!! I understand the poor ratings.
