I’m sorry but I will never eat here again and I am not one to even leave reviews but the professionalism here was terrible. I went here two days ago (2/2) for their lunch buffet and the food was terrible, sushi was sticky and stale, buffet food was not good quality majority of the food me and my friend had was cold or seem to have been sitting out for a while. We tried to go back around for seconds but nothing really was replenished. So we like we were just going to leave. My friend had been there before during there evening time and was better.
Once we started to leave and walked up to the front the guy was very rude from the jump. We told him about to food and we just could not eat here from the buffet and get our money worth of food is not to the standard. He argues that the food is fresh and comes out as is and we like that not the case right now and you can see that. So we like well can we at least get a Togo plate of fresh food for our trouble, he goes and take the receipt off our table and say we have to pay. Then say Togo is charge by pound and we would have to pay for both. I’m like we are not doing that and proceeds to ask for a manager and was denied. Being that I had to work and this was a quick lunch for us. I didn’t have time for the back and forth and not trying to be in trouble with the law for walking out of a restaurant as they already have pics up of people doing such already.
So I call there today (2/4) and ask to speak with a manager and they say no and hang up. I called back and say hey you hung up before I could ask when will she be in, he says next week as he think she is on vacation! This has been the crazy experience I have ever encountered and just say check out the food before yall make yall decisions or go when it’s busy the food may be better.

You are not prepared for the high quality and great tasting plentiful food they have at this Chinese buffet which is one of the best Chinese food experiences of my entire life. I could not recommend it more.

Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been a regular at Chow King for over 9 months, and today was enough to end that.
There was no wait to be seated, but service was still slow, especially when it came to drink refills. The buffet food was not hot, which is a major issue.
As I was finishing my meal, I saw two roaches crawling on the floor. When I informed the waiter, there was no apology, concern, or urgency — complete indifference.
Lukewarm buffet food, poor service, and visible roaches are a hard no. Do not recommend.

The food was excellent. Everything was fresh, broccoli in the chicken and broccoli wasn't limp or I overcooked. I brought my granddaughters who enjoyed the crab boil, and the sushi . Seating space was ample.

My son and daughter in law brought me there for the first time and I will never go back. The food sucked and the lady the was waiting on us she stood over my son when he got his wallet out and started just hanging around until he gave her a tip and she really didn't do anything for it. She even counted the tip in front of us. Never going back

Beautiful Chinese decor and comfy tables . Attentive and kind server ( Eva) and excellent variety of food. The sushi bar was my favorite. Glad I stopped by and the drinking water tasted fresh.
