The food was really good. Some of the best wings that I've ever had. And the cowboy nachos with the pineapple salsa... Oh my goodness! That was something good.This was my first time ever hearing of or playing music bingo. It was so much fun. The best part was people across the restaurant joining in with each other, singing. And then the D.J. played the cupid shuffle, and everybody ran to the dance floor. Well, there really wasn't one, but we all grabbed the open spot and turned it into one.The food and the atmosphere made up for the service that started out a little rocky. Our waiter kept getting frustrated that he couldn't hear when taking our order and walked away. He started taking other tables' orders and serving them while we grew a little frustrated watching and waiting. We had a table of twelve in which one person left due to the bad service. After I spoke with the manager at the door, the waiter came back over and returned to taking our orders. The service then began to improve for the rest of our time there, with the manager assisting.I had guest staff from TN, GA, NC, FL, SC and MD here for an important training, and we just wanted to go out, have a bite to eat, and enjoy the evening. Thank you to the manager who stepped in to help make things right.

I ordered the Augusta Burger and it came missing the white cheddar pimento cheese, lettuce I added bacon and it was missing bacon. My partners burgers came missing some of her toppings as well as both really really dry. I never got my honey mustard that I paid .90 for and this isn't the first time. But it's my last time ordering from this place. consistency is very big for me in the factor that the last few times has been inconsistent means I'm done ordering from this place.

Food was good, but boy can the service use work. Our friends were already seated when we arrived, but the server was at the table. Great right? Nope. Didn't bother to greet us or try to take out drink orders. Each time we wanted something we had to wait and track down our server. We finally had to order our entrees from the bartender, who was passing thru the dining room.Yes, they took a bit off the check for the issues, but would rather have paid full price and had good service. Our waiter will starve to death working for tips in food service.

I’m not rating this two stars because of the food.. the food is actually AMAZING. However, the individual in this photo that served me was incredibly rude. I’ve been here before and it was the same type of vibe with her. However, with some of the people she felt more “comfortable with” (if you pick up on what I’m saying), she seemed to be more pleasant. Not saying she’s racist or anything because I hate when people go straight to racism. BUT, I’ve encountered the same energy both times with her and have noticed it with other individuals that aren’t Caucasian. All in all, if I ever get food from here again, I’ll definitely place an order for pick up instead of dining in. I hope the owner’s employ different individuals to represent their brand because this place actually has amazing food.
