Dairy Queen Grill and Chill

My roommate and I decided to eat inside DQ for dinner. It was busy but all things considered, I think we only waited about 10 mins for our food. Everything was hot and fresh. Very delicious. Thank you.
We each had the 6 pc chicken strip basket with fries and dipping sauce.

Omg I came here for the first time and I Lovvvvve the love you guys out into your food. I've never had the chicken fingers before but hubby told me to try them ..... Let's just say I sat in the parking lot and tore them up!!!! This simple meal made our day, thanks so much ❤️

Bad service and very inconsistent

They don’t have accurate hours listed on their door. We arrived before 10pm, which is the listed time on their door and on the app and on Google. The person at the register hand signaled that we had to go through the drive through. There is no mention that it’s drive through only before 10pm. This is the second business I’ve dealt with this week who has closed their inside earlier than their business hours indicate that they will.

I hope this is not becoming a trend where I can’t rely on accurate business hours being reported.

Additionally, they never flip the blizzards upside down anymore. If they did, they would make a mess on the counter because they aren’t the consistency they should be.

Okay so we all know a blizzard is not supposed to be melted. It's a product that is marketed to be flipped over and not budge. Haven't had one in like 20 years stopped here to grab one today and they gave me what obviously had been sitting out and was melted. Smh. I pulled back around the drive through and asked them politely to fix it. $8 a blizzard? It's gotta not be melted and have expired toppings that taste stale.

I love coming to this DQ — everything is always fresh and the service is great. However, the app shows that this location has Ice Cream Sandwiches available, but when I ordered at the restaurant, they told me they don’t carry them here. It’s a bit confusing because the app lists them for this specific store. Hopefully this can be updated so it matches what’s actually available. Thank you!

Ordered a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Show up and they say I cancelled it which I did not. Manager just kept saying it’s not my fault no one told me. Terrible Coustmer experience and service
