Ordered a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Show up and they say I cancelled it which I did not. Manager just kept saying it’s not my fault no one told me. Terrible Coustmer experience and service

I got my favorite a pineapple Sunday. The pineapples were in their own juice which is my favorite! I live an hour away but was visiting my grandson so I took him here. It was so worth it! I love this DQ!

The staff at this location are seriously amazing! I had a situation today with a woman being very aggressive towards my dog getting a pup cup to where it was making me feel very uneasy. I eventually asked her what her problem was and we got into a verbal altercation. Eventually she left and I was visibly upset, however the staff followed me outside, asked me if I was okay, and apologized for her behavior. That went a long way with me and I very much appreciated it. They’re always nice to me and my dog when we go there (we live nearby), but this was next level. Thanks again!

I've probably been here 100 times over the past decade, and they ALWAYS have the best customer service and food prep. Food and treats are quick and delicious, nothing better than taking the family here on a hot summer night after a long day at the pool.

Employees have always been so nice at this location. The only gripe I have is recently the blizzards are super melty. They give you them with a lid and they’re runny from the moment you take the lid off. Idk why this has been happening the last month or so, but definitely frustrating.
