ABSOLUTELY GREAT EVERYTIME!
This location is literally walking distance from my house so I frequent it anytime I want some fast-food. Customer Service is ALWAYS on point, foods ALWAYS GREAT and served super fast either via the drive thru or inside. LOVE this location and couldn't say enough good things about the staff, location and especially the food!!!!

Employee hair found in cup of blizzard ice cream that was purchased. Management refused to replace ice cream purchased even though the cup with hair and receipt were given as proof. Told that it was brought back too late for free replacement.

Shout out to the person that made my Banana Split tonight . I wish I took a picture. That thang was made with some serious passion and skill. Had 4 beautiful dabs of whipped cream to top. Each bite was perfect.

I don’t recommend the brownie batter blizzard. I got 2 minis for $10 and both had too many brownie bits and the ice cream was runny. The young lady at the window was pleasant.

The service at this location is on par with CFA. The food is always hot and the workers are friendly. I left fat and happy! I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to give them a shout out. Keep up the good work!

I would call the girls name out that was rude, but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. The story is simple. I ordered a milkshake, and a blizzard. The milkshake was correct but somehow already partially melted. The blizzard ended up being a strawberry cheesecake. The problem with this part is that I ordered a royal fudge Oreo. As I asked them to redo it (because it’s not what I ordered, nor wanted) the girl at the drive thru was visibly annoyed and snatched the wrong order out of my hand. Then, proceeded to scold me on how to order correctly. Once we finally got to the part of me getting what I ordered, I was given the wrong size and not what I ordered.

I’m not saying that this location is trash and I’ll never go back, it was just this one individual that needs to reevaluate how she deals with customers. Next time, may not end up how she expects. Not everyone will tolerate brat behavior the same way.
