While I'm waiting on my order she asked me aggressively what am I waiting for. I pointed at my drink that was sitting right there. Then she said with an attitude what did you order. So I replied the drink that I just pointed at the the moo latte and she handed to me with an attitude and it was another Hispanic girl who witnessed it standing there making ice cream

I went here on Free Ice Cream Day and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and I got my cone quickly.I highly recommend getting it chocolate dipped especially if you're getting it to go because it keeps the ice cream from melting too quickly. It tasted delicious too.This Dairy Queen is in a good location and they have Girl Scout troops selling cookies here every year too. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Ice cream

I ordered a blizzard a couple days ago and didn't realize until later that it was incorrect. I brought the blizzard in today as proof so I could get a replacement and the manager insisted that I give them the old one. She then threw it in the trash and made me a new one and offered no apology for the mistake. So, I have to drive back over there to fix something that they messed up and they don't even have the decency to apologize and let me keep the original one for my trouble, especially when it was just going to be wasted? Absolutely terrible customer service.

Absolutely the worse customer service and worse tasting blizzards ever.. I spent $18 on two blizzards and they tasted horrible and the manager refused to simply exchange my order for something else.. I never asked for a refund. Just remake or exchange for something different. I’m so upset right now. Customers are always right. I frequently Dairy Queen often.. Do not go to this location!!!!
