Possibly the worst fast restaurant I’ve been to. Waited 10 min for someone to take my order when there was no one in front of me. Then waited 20 mins for 2 tacos and a quesadilla. I watched several people leave.

Ordered taco and cherro 20mins in drive thru and nobody was there wtf once again 1/5/ 2025 I forgot how slow they was you will think faster since no1 is really in the drive way

Came through the drive thru. Due to high delivery orders they turned us away from placing an order because they can't go over on overtime. Joke was on us because we had to wait in line still for an additional 15 minutes

Walked in to an empty restaurant to employees just standing around talking, when another employee came around she asked one of the employees that was talking if she could take our order she shrugged her shoulders and stated haven’t gotten around to it and walked away all why we were looking at her. Really bad customer service

It has been very consistent the last 12-15 times that I have been. I like it better than Taco Bell. I can not get anything at my local Bell. The guy working refused to let me order food. It happened 2 different times. About 3 weeks apart. Taco Bell on South Cobb Drive in Smyrna, GA.
