Asked if they had small drinks as the menu only showed regular and large. Was told they did but was given and charged for a regular drink, which is clearly not a small. Honesty goes a long way. Rather than just trying to take someone’s money. And as a frequent customer, I’ve also been charged for large combos without ever stating I wanted a large combo. I will not be frequenting this location any longer. Have never had these issues or tactics used on me at the Taco Bell across the street.

Decided to try for first time today as I live 1 street over. Chicken tacos were only 1/4 full, chicken was dry. Ordered 2 churro orders, found both missing. Won't go again.

I want to take this time and THANK the supervisor who was working Thursday 1/16/2025 at or about 6:00 pm. I noticed an employee who was preparing food and was about to make my food order. Prior to this I noticed he was using his phone (wearing) the same GLOVES he was preparing food with. This was so dangerous and irresponsible. THIS IS WHY I DONT USE DRIVE THRU.
He was actually on his phone typing with the same gloves he was preparing food with. He walked back to the Food preparation table and began preparing my order and other customers order. I requested to see a manager and I told him what happened and I requested the manager make my food.
I want the OWNER to know that I am reporting this to the Health Department to protect kids, adults, and simply all people. This is dangerous that you allow your employees to think this is ok. It is a very serious health hazard. Just like you make certain they know how to charge the correct amount for food you should make certain they understand the important in food safety and sanitation.
YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD KNOW NOT TO HAVE THEIR PHONES OR PERSONAL ITEMS AROUND FOOD NOR ANYWHERE IN THE AREA OF FOOD. ARE YOU AWARE OF THE GERMS AND BIOHAZZARDS THIS MAY CAUSE?

This Del Taco location is great! The food is fresh, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. Definitely a good spot for a quick bite!
I grew up in California with Del Taco and was very excited when they opened in Atlanta a few years ago. They were really good initially but sadly, they have gone downhill ever since. My last 4 or 5 visits have been consistently bad. The chicken soft tacos I got today were ok. Just ok, not bad but pretty bland. The fries used to be my favorite of anywhere but again today, they were overcooked, cold and too salty to even eat. I thought well at least the chicken quesadilla I usually get will be good, but nope. I ordered and paid for a chicken quesadilla but got a plain cheese one. Was already on my way home before I discovered it. I don’t know why I bother really, since the taco place in the shopping center next door is infinitely better. It makes me sad, like losing a friend, but today was probably my last visit to this Del Taco.

I don’t know why this location asks what sauces you want.... you NEVER get what you ask for. Also, the girl at the window (with bluish-gray hair) clearly does not care about her job and does not listen and this is the taco I was given with “no tomatoes”. This location is PATHETIC and take note the medium and hot sauces she game me!!!! This is not worth $13, never going back!

Clean your restroom and dining area. It's disgusting. Been open for 1 hour and 45 mins and restroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 4 weeks! I'd rather use a port-a-potty. And that says a lot
