This was the WORST experience ever. I placed an order through Uber Eats tonight because I love Del Taco and dislike Taco Bell. I received my order, well a portion of it. I did not receive my combo fries or drinks for both orders. The tacos were not crunchy at all, they were soft and soggy for crunchy tacos. The tacos had no filling in them. Del Taco is known for their freshness and fillings portions, especially cheese, lettuce and sour cream. The tacos were so flat, cold, soggy and old. I had a teaspoon of lettuce in all of them that was brown and soft hand wilted. 1 teaspoon if that of tomato’s, our tacos were even kid size. I called the store, the manager blamed the Uber driver and said he stole the food and drinks. But he had no answer for the quality of the food. There was no proof of French fries being in the bag. Not one French fries was loose in the bottom of the bag. There was not any sign of oil from the fries in or on the bag. You couldn’t even smell them. The manager just LIED. Managers and employees like him should not be operating anyone’s business because they simply don’t care about the business nor the customer spending their hard earned money on service like thia. If I could locate the owner of this location, they would be promptly notified of my service, that’s how mad I am. This location needs to be closed down and reported to corporate or the young manager who sounded not to care at all, needs to be FIRED immediately. I visited about 11pm. Drive thru was busy, but I still waited. After I received my food, I decided to take a bite while I was driving. The food was HORRIBLE. I threw it out the window!!! This is the worst food I've had in a while!!! I surely wasted my money!!!

Del Taco has good food for the price and the selection is what you would expect for a fast food place. However, having other options like burgers and fries makes it an easy choice when you can't decide where you want to take the family.Vegetarian options: There are options like bean burritos, quesadillas, and chips and salsa.
Food was average and affordable. Taco Bell was closed so this being right across the street came in clutch. Got a quesadilla, soft taco snack, two burritos and donut balls. The family ate it up and I heard no complaints. I'm just glad they were there when taco bell let me down. All in all I think the food was acceptable considering the price and have nothing bad to say

The drive thru workers were very pleasant. Unusually nice for fast food at almost 11pm.The food though was disappointing. Del Taco usually beats others but not when it’s cold/old. We brought everything home and had to heat it up just to eat it.I would suggest another time of day might get fresher food. If the food had been on point my rating would have been 10-10

I arrived during the off-peak hours in the drive-through. There were two cars ahead of me, and it seemed 1 person was handling both the drive-thru and inside service. She was so customer-oriented that the short wait was almost non-existent. Clearly each order was cooked to order, and every bite of my awesome fish taco meal was exactly what my taste buds craved. ?
