The service was so bad I thought I was in a twilight zone or being Pranked will never spend my dollars at this place again and I don’t suggest you do either

When we arrived at Doc’s we waited at least 3 minutes at the door before going up to the bar to ask about getting a seat. We were told we could sit outside and someone would be right out. I had my service dog with me so we sat outside on the patio. Once we sat ourselves, my husband waited another 10 minutes before even going back inside to see about a waiter. We were told someone would be right out. We waited another 10 minutes before I went inside and was immediately told (by what would have been our waitress) that someone would be right out to help us… she has to get another waiter because she was allergic to dogs. Cool… whatever — no problem.

We waited another 5 minutes before our waitress came out. Everything was fine. She came out, took our drink order… took another 5-10 minutes for her to bring our drinks out. We were on a time limit so when she brought our drinks out… we went ahead and ordered. Took about 25-30 minutes to get our order. The food was delicious but we’d asked for extra ranch for our wings and it literally took 15 minutes for our waitress to get it. My husband was livid (because we’d already been there an hour by the time we ordered our food). He ended up going inside (while we waited for her to bring the extra ranch he’d asked for) to get the ranch. While he was inside, she finally brought the ranch to us — she’d been talking to another table the whole time. Also, when she brought the ranch, i’d asked her for a water.. Once my husband got back over to our table, he said that he saw our waitress and when she came back into the restaurant, he saw her sit down having a [alcoholic] drink and start talking to another employee. So another 5 minutes went by before she brought out the water I’d asked for.

We ate our food.. all was good … When she finally came back out to ask if we needed anything we just went ahead and ask for the check. She brought it out, my husband gave her his card, she then proceeded to walk over to a lady that was outside smoking and talk to her having a personal conversation using foul language every other word. My husband finally politely interrupted her telling her we were ready to go. She then leaned over saying something to the lady who was smoking. Another 10 minutes went by and she brought the receipt for us to sign. The whole time her and the smoking lady kept looking back at his giving us nasty looks.

Honestly, for a first impression, our experience was terrible. We will never set foot in this restaurant again.

I was in this establishment, still finishing up my drink at closing. I wanted to use the restroom before getting on the road. I was firmly told twice that I could not. Not customer friendly at all. Disappointing end of the night

Small space for a large crowd. After all of these (approx. 30) years at the same location, how come they haven't expanded or at least remodel the women's bathroom ( old, dingy, cramped) . This shows no appreciation for their customers. They take all the $ they make for profit without reinvesting it back in the business. I REALLY DON'T like going there for this reason.

The bartenders will swipe your card if you accidentally leave it at the bar. Owners are rednecks that dont care that their employees steal

Please let's stop serving food in the danger zone. Food is supposed to be at 165degrees. There is NO WAY the wings are FRESH, as per Ann, at 112 degrees .... And to ENSURE the wings weren't fresh the bone marrow was at 82 degrees.

Came in for lunch, never been here before but an Uber driver told us the food was great. Sat down, atmosphere is smoke field and service never came back to our table after taking our drink order. We walked out once we seen the waitress that took our drink order sitting at a table with a gentleman. Very disappointed
