The lady that was there working by herself was named Akeela. At first the app said the food was ready, but we still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. At first glance I thought she was being rude and poor customer service, then I realized no one else was in the store and she was LITERALLY working alone. She made at least a dozen items while my dad and I watched. She wasn’t talking to us AT ALL, just making orders. Finally ours came out and she STILL was making food while ringing us up. My only complaint is she didn’t communicate with us thoroughly; we just read the room and physical cues to understand the pressure she was under & she didn’t wear gloves but she may have washed her hands but I’m not sure. The delivery guy came in and she asked him why he took so long to return; only ONE delivery guy came in while we were there. I asked how long has she been there alone, she said since her shift started. This is sad and heartbreaking for people to have to work alone. Bless her heart and may she have lots of blessings headed her way. She deserves a HUGE RAISE!!!!!

The girl that worked at 11:30 pm on 10/9 was rude, unprofessional, and had a very nasty snobby attitude. I brought my food back and advised it was burnt and she went on a rant out loud about how it wasn’t burnt and she wasn’t going to make it over. Chargeback on the way

I call at 11:25 to place an order and I’m told that you can’t take my order for pick up? So unheard of. I call and you aren’t even paying attention to me you’re talking to another employee on the phone and then tell me you don’t wanna take anymore orders. I won’t order from here ever again. You don’t even close till 12 but you don’t take pick up orders anymore at 11:25???????????

Lately I've been doing more Curbside Pickups while recovering from an injury and have no complaints. I don't very far from this Domino's so prefer to pick it up and it's quicker than delivery.

Recently placed an order and got my food undercooked. No biggie, called the store to let them know and was met with the rudest general manager who refused to identify herself by name. Her initial reaction to my saying ‘hey my bread bites are undercooked’ was ‘we don’t undercook anything 😤’. I told her I understand that but in this case mine came out undercooked. Everything else in the order came out great, but maybe the dough in the bread bites wasn’t kneaded enough or stretched enough. She continued to be verbally aggressive and abrasive telling me to bring the food to the store so she could see it for herself. Mind you, I ordered delivery since I’m unable to go pick it up. It all culminated in her continuing to argue with me and passing off the phone to a coworker when I told her it doesn’t make sense for me to go to the store or for her driver to pick up the food for her to then decide if she remakes it. What happens if she deems it ‘perfectly cooked’? The coworker apologized on her behalf and gave me a supposed credit.

Have been ordering from this Domino’s for quite some time and never had an experience like this. Won’t be ordering from them again. And to the rude islander sounding general manager, from one islander to another, it wasn’t personal and you gotta chill. Maybe customer service isn’t the field for you if that is how you carry yourself with a customer. And next time, properly identify yourself or give me an alternative contact above you since you truly believe you weren’t in the wrong.

That’s that and the undercooked food was trashed. Worst experience with this store and so disappointing cause it’s been our go to.

Wow Really this bad review is for the young lady that just Disrespected me on the phone. . Called complaining about the pizza. It was terrible didn't even taste fresh . When I opened the box the Pizza didn't look fresh . My chicken taste like it was in the oven for 2 seconds . Young lady hung up on me. Called back asked her are phone calls recorded she said Yeah. Told her I will be calling Corporate on her . So they can hear how disrespectful you are. . Well she just started Running her SMART mouth again. So I just hung up if corporate won't listen to the Call . At least other customers will know how disrespectful You are.

NEVER order from this location. I placed an order around 6pm. 3 hours later still no pizza. I tried calling the location where at least 10 times in a row someone picked up and hung up in my face. When I finally got someone on the phone the person was extremely rude telling me “We only have one driver ma’am your pizza is coming!” First that should’ve been communicated 2 hours ago, 2nd why the hell would I still want 3 hour old pizza?? To top it off the driver put delivered as my status knowing damn well no pizza has been delivered to me. I told the person to just cancel and refund which he assured me he did. Of course he didn’t. When I contacted the company to get a refund, I was told bc I used Apple Pay and didn’t have card information, I couldn’t receive a refund. I’m filing complaints everywhere I can until I get my money back. To add insult to injury they had the audacity to send a free pizza coupon! Please! Not if I was starving to death!
