Wow Really this bad review is for the young lady that just Disrespected me on the phone. . Called complaining about the pizza. It was terrible didn't even taste fresh . When I opened the box the Pizza didn't look fresh . My chicken taste like it was in the oven for 2 seconds . Young lady hung up on me. Called back asked her are phone calls recorded she said Yeah. Told her I will be calling Corporate on her . So they can hear how disrespectful you are. . Well she just started Running her SMART mouth again. So I just hung up if corporate won't listen to the Call . At least other customers will know how disrespectful You are.

NEVER order from this location. I placed an order around 6pm. 3 hours later still no pizza. I tried calling the location where at least 10 times in a row someone picked up and hung up in my face. When I finally got someone on the phone the person was extremely rude telling me “We only have one driver ma’am your pizza is coming!” First that should’ve been communicated 2 hours ago, 2nd why the hell would I still want 3 hour old pizza?? To top it off the driver put delivered as my status knowing damn well no pizza has been delivered to me. I told the person to just cancel and refund which he assured me he did. Of course he didn’t. When I contacted the company to get a refund, I was told bc I used Apple Pay and didn’t have card information, I couldn’t receive a refund. I’m filing complaints everywhere I can until I get my money back. To add insult to injury they had the audacity to send a free pizza coupon! Please! Not if I was starving to death!

I’ve always loved this location but over the past 3 months everything I order is consistently awful. I hate to give this review but I’ve been unable to eat my orders because of how poorly they’ve been made.
Even when I specify extra cheese or sauce it’s rarely honored even though I’m paying for it. My white pizza was so dry I had to make my own sauce to dip the pizza in so it was edible. I find my food is almost always overcooked bc the location seems short staffed even on a Friday night!
I’ve come in and some employees children were playing behind the counter ( sneezing clearly with a cold) which I’m sure is a health code violation.
The staff were generally friendly and spoke when you walk in. Now they just stare at you and make no effort to acknowledge your presence until they are ready.
One day I came in and an off shift employee was playing and joking with the on shift employee using terrible language while customers just stood there waiting for help. He then went behind the register barely washed his hands and began helping his friend. All while ignoring customers waiting for service. By the time I was waited on my pizza that was ready 15 minutes ago was cold and dry.
The young man that works in the location alone is very nice when he finally gets around to you, but he’s clearly overwhelmed under supported and there’s no management to ensure professional behavior and quality control.
When they had more staff and a different manager the food was always great and so was the atmosphere.
@Dominos you are in a connecting plaza with another excellent local pizza place. This seems like a great way to give St Angelo’s pizza more business. Because that’s exactly what my family has been doing.
Again I absolutely hate giving this kind of review and I allowed lots of time for improvement before I did.
I’d suggest ordering in person to see who’s working and how busy they are for those who choose to continue to gamble with their health and food quality.However something major has to change management wise and until then I will no longer be ordering from this location.

I have never had issue with dominos until today. I called the store because the status on my app said it had been delivered but I didn’t receive it. The young lady on the phone said the driver has multiple deliveries he will call u. Then why allow the customers track their orders.

Ordered via the app since it said the eta was 10-12 minutes. Ended up taking over 40. Then they have me the wrong pizza. Ordered a 3 topping and got a plain pepperoni.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I placed an order and after an hour had gone by with no delivery (I live 2 miles down the road), I called the store. Someone answered the phone claiming he was the only person in the store and unable to complete my order until a supervisor arrived. I asked if they were going to arrive soon in which he insisted he had no idea and he was just the delivery driver. It has been 20 mins since that call and no progress on my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION
UPDATE: After calling for a second time, I was hung up on and ignored for the rest of the night. I did not receive any compensation, apology, or update on my order.

So, I placed my order around 7:45 pm. The app tracker showed 'preparing' at 8:16pm. It showed this until around 9:00 at which time, I called. Got 'disconnected' (hung up on) while on hold several times. Finally got through to someone after about 15 min. They said they had a lot of orders and that there were still 20! orders ahead of mine. I told them to cancel the order and ordered Zaxby's from Doordash (received it in 20 min). Then, at about 10:30, I get a ping from the app that the driver is on the way! They didn't cancel the order and I was charged for pizza that was almost 3 hours late that I had cancelled. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with this Domino's, but it will be the last.

And the girl wasn’t wearing gloves while preparing pizzas

This is the 2nd time our order was wrong, the first time we let it go because normally they do a great job. But this time was worse than before. This order over an hour late. So my wife called the store and Katelyn impersonated a manager and told us they were remaking our order. when we got the order it was COLD. they didnt remake anything, the driver even said that he just met up with the driver that had our order and brought it over. . when we asked what compensation we could get since this has happened more than once. the ONLY thing that was offered was canceling the order, which at this time was at our door. then when we asked for the reginal managers number, we were told thats personal information that she couldnt give it out. If Katelyn is the kind of manager that is working here, we wont be ordering anymore. she had a nasty attitude and sounded like she didnt care about the customer at all. The Driver was great and very apologetic.

I am giving 2 stars instead of one because my delivery person was in tears by the time they reached my house. They clearly were under immense pressure.
My order was marked complete 45 minutes BEFORE it was delivered. When I called, I was told it would be there any minute. I waited another 30 minutes and then called 5 times…5 times because I was hung up on all 5 times. This store is awful and I am extremely unsatisfied with their service.
My pizza was obviously cold. ?
