2 pumps butter pecan and 2 pumps of caramel in my large frozen coffee topped with whipped cream, and I'm a happy camper!

Tried to have my coffee fixed. Still was bad. Then they made a scene and tried to gaslight me because I wanted a refund and proceeded to give me a taped up 5 dollar bill. The low rating makes sense now.

I came in but as usual very little selection. They always run out. News flash people eat doughnuts all through the day especially on Sundays! I picked uo a couple of chocolate frosted . Thru them in the trash if they didnt have chocolate on them they had no taste and dry like a cruton with a hole in it . . Never again ill go to Kristy Kreme or tge dunkin on 41.

I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and they remade it for me, but they used the same cup that the previous drink was in. I wasnt rude or anything either bc I worked for dunkin and ik how that exchange goes. I knew it was the same cup bc the flavor shots were sitting in the bottom of my drink when she handed it back to me. My drink is never that dark smh.

I want to start by saying I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts regularly. Some weeks I’m here 3 to 4 times. I usually don’t complain, and anytime they’re out of something, they’ve always been great about offering alternatives. But after today, it’s very unlikely I’ll be coming back, at least not during this shift.
As I pulled into the drive thru, I watched the car in front of me order at the speaker box. They were only there for a few seconds, and when I pulled up right after, the screen was completely blank. No order was shown at all. That stood out to me.
When I got to the window, I saw the person in the car ahead hand the Dunkin’ worker a medium Sabrina Carpenter drink, followed by a small bag. The worker took both. A moment later, she handed them a medium frozen coffee and another bag.
When it was my turn, the same worker handed me a medium Sabrina Carpenter drink and slightly chuckled while saying, “You’re Chrystal.” That caught me off guard. I took the drink and noticed immediately that the lid looked like someone had already drunk from it. I asked her if this was the same drink the previous customer returned, and she said no.
I told her I didn’t want it, and she asked if I wanted a new one. I said yes. She went to the back and told me it was being made. A few minutes later, she handed me a small. I told her I thought I ordered a medium. I genuinely believed I did because the drink was that good the first time I tried it. She told me to check the app, and she was right. I had actually ordered a small.
Still, if I did order a small and she originally handed me a medium, something clearly went wrong with that first drink. Whether it was a mix up or not, I just didn’t feel comfortable. I threw everything away because I no longer trusted it.
To be clear, the worker wasn’t rude at all. I can understand honest mistakes. But the idea that I may have been handed a drink and bag that were previously returned by another customer is unacceptable from a cleanliness and safety perspective. That’s the part that really shook me. I’m disappointed, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location during this time anymore.

Went the other day and was struggling to order because I rarely purchase coffee. When I finally said it right after the third attempt I heard the cashier say “you made that so difficult” …. Wasn’t sure if she meant to say her inside thoughts out loud but never dealt with a rude server before. Will take my Business to the recently opened 7brew since I’ve heard nothing but great things from them.

Someone left poop imon the bathroom floor and the sink. It's a shame people can't clean up after themselves. I did bring it to the attention of an employee and she quickly went in there to clean it. Probably the same person who left all their garbage on a table. The lady forgot to make my food. They asked me what I was waiting for and I told them and I watched her just start it. I had my coffee and went to the restroom so there was ample time for her to make it.
