I went to this particular dunkin since it is closer to my house but I'm just very disappointed on their service. I ordered a caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso and what I got was milk. I. Don't think there was any coffee. I tried to call their store to complaint but they never answer. This is not the first time. Their service is just going down. They have messed up my order four times already. If you guys read this please get your act right because your store service is getting bad.

I visited this Dunkin after 2-3 months prior to which I was visiting often. Quality of the food and drinks is slowly going down and the Service is also not at the point. Until recently I think staff was good, they were curteous and especially the lady, I think her name was Saltama or something she used to be in the Window and Front, she was really nice and customer friendly
With the recent experience of lack of Customer service and food quality I think the overall value is going down.
Hope they make some changes soon, because I used to really love this location in the past

I picked up an order of hot chocolate and munchkins for work today and my order was put together by the time I got through the door. Mandy was extremely helpful and gave top tier customer service. She made sure I had enough cups and napkins and even helped me walk it to the car. But she wasn't just being nice because of my large order she is nice and approachable Every Time I come.

Dunkin’s hot chocolate is garbage in general. It tastes like straight up water and no matter where I go it always tastes like water so it must be a problem with Dunkin’ Donuts in general. Dunkin should just stick with donuts if they are going to sell poorly made things. Only good thing was the customer service, the drive thru lady was nice and kind.
