I just left Dunkin Donuts Store #4928 and was absolutely stunned by the great service I received from Amaya (spelling)! I made a complaint, and she handled it on the spot. I definitely plan to return to this location and can’t thank her enough for hearing my voice. I hope corporate recognizes her and gives her a raise!! Again, thank you, Amaya!!!

I needed 200 mini donuts for a school event, and Krispy Kreme screwed up my catering order last minute. I went to this DD and they were able to provide what I needed even though it was last minute. The staff were really helpful and courteous! I highly recommend this shop, and appreciate the high level of customer service!

The staff really makes you feel welcome, even during the morning rush. The coffee is always fresh, hot, and tastes perfect every time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Whether I grab my usual iced coffee or try something new, it’s consistently delicious. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are always fresh too.
