I went to the drive in Thai morning to get breakfast and my order was incorrect twice. When I went up to receive it I realized the mistake and explained the situation to the worker she went to fix it. A different worker then came back to understand the situation and gave us a refund for the things we were charged for but didn’t order. However, when she did the refund she also took back an entire part of our order we did want. I didn’t realize the issue until I was on my way home. We didn’t go back because we didn’t see the point in make the issue any bigger. However when we made it home and me and my family began eating I notice that the sandwiches in our order were make incorrectly as well. Our sausage egg and cheese was missing the eggs and cheese, and the sausage and bacon croissant we order was missing the sausage. Additionally, the sourdough bread of my sandwich was molding. While I understand the workers did their best to fix the situation and were nice when I was explaining the mistakes the amount of errors that were made is honestly ridiculous. I don’t wish this review to be taken as an attack to the people there but I do believe it should be used as a learning experience and that perishable food items should be checked better to ensure moldy food is not served to paying customers.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here the lady at the window is probably the rudest person you could encounter with i asked for a receipt just to see her name and warn everybody i think her name is Lisa but i could be wrong the short lady at the window is very unpleasant and is always rude she needs to go through training again

The day shift at this Dunkin is terrible. They never get my drink correct. Today...I went 5 new people standing around talking....repeatedly said my order 3 times....still not right. When I said something they laughed at me n made sarcastic remarks. I'm over it...not going bsck. The only person who makes great drinks n gives consistent good service is Patrick. I won't be going back....

These cashier that are horrible and rude messed my order up and charge me again for the same thing I ask for. The girl with the pink hair is rude and unprofessional and the short dark skin young lady with the glasses is no better.
Some of the people there are so damn mess and disrespectful. Talking about how people was born!!! Some of them don't know how too make a latte. Rude ass individuals!!!
