I just left Dunkin Donuts Store #4928 and was absolutely stunned by the great service I received from Amaya (spelling)! I made a complaint, and she handled it on the spot. I definitely plan to return to this location and can’t thank her enough for hearing my voice. I hope corporate recognizes her and gives her a raise!! Again, thank you, Amaya!!!
I needed 200 mini donuts for a school event, and Krispy Kreme screwed up my catering order last minute. I went to this DD and they were able to provide what I needed even though it was last minute. The staff were really helpful and courteous! I highly recommend this shop, and appreciate the high level of customer service!
I had a great experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts! The staff were friendly, fast, and always greeted me with a smile. My coffee was made just the way I like it, and everything came out fresh and hot. The store was clean and well organized!
