One of the best managed Dunkin’ Donuts around, but the owner will ruin it eventually. He raises his prices more often than other locations and now asks for tips on card purchases.
I just left Dunkin Donuts Store #4928 and was absolutely stunned by the great service I received from Amaya (spelling)! I made a complaint, and she handled it on the spot. I definitely plan to return to this location and can’t thank her enough for hearing my voice. I hope corporate recognizes her and gives her a raise!! Again, thank you, Amaya!!!
I needed 200 mini donuts for a school event, and Krispy Kreme screwed up my catering order last minute. I went to this DD and they were able to provide what I needed even though it was last minute. The staff were really helpful and courteous! I highly recommend this shop, and appreciate the high level of customer service!
