Usually enjoy a meal in this location. However , my meal today wasn't good. I ordered over medium eggs,but they were over easy. Grits had too much added butter on top and one slice of toast cut in half. The server offered another egg, but I declined.

Reservations were made, seated upon arrival, host and server were very friendly. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Service was outstanding and the food was excellent. They were given 5 Stars on everything. The cost was budget friendly. Thanks For Making My Saturday Outstanding.

Pancake grill wasn’t working! How unfortunate; their pancakes are fantastic! Service could be improved; It was a busy time, but please consider adding more servers for brunch/lunch!!

My wife and I love Firstwach and have been to several locations. It's usually a seamless experience. This location was a little different. It took them close to 15 minutes to greet us after we were sat. We had to ask several times who our server was. Our table was dirty and we had to ask for it to be wiped clean. There was also food on the floor that needed to be swept after we were seated. Our server was OK. She messed up my files order, but made up for it by bringing my wife free sausage patties.

All in all it was just this particular location that wasn't up to par. Every other First Watch I've been too has provided an impeccable experience and great service.
