Our food arrived in two stages. My blueberry pancake and my husband's morning market veggie omelet with a side of grits were barely warm. We waited for 10 minutes for a side of bacon, belgian waffle and turkey sausage. The waitress apologized for the delay; however, it is frustrating when you pay more than $50 for a meal that is subpar especially when the restaurant is not very busy. We will not visit this location again ?. The Decatur location is much better.

First Watch offers delicious breakfast, brunch, and lunch meals. With a variety of offerings, no matter what diet you follow they have something for you to enjoy. Even with the high level on delectability, what they really excel in executing is their service. From the beginning you’re welcomed with a warm smile and friendly greeting. Although the entire staff has GREAT service, Uncle James comes second to none. Uncle James charismatic demeanor makes you feel like you’re at home. Not only is he warm, welcoming, and delightful; but he’s knowledgeable, quick and efficient. With Uncle James all you have to do is sit down, relax, and enjoy yourself. Go the First Watch VINNINGS and ask for Mr. James.( You have to earn his uncleness)

My family and myself come here every Sunday. The food is great and the lines aren't too long. You can add yourself to a waitlist when you are in route and check in once you make it. We always ask for MR. JAMES. He is a fantastic server. He feels like family to my family and I at this point. He is always a joy and our children love to see him as well. He always goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is always the same if not better.
Dietary restrictions: Keep in mind that this is a brunch spot and many of their dishes contain egg. I'm allergic to egg whites but I could still find plenty to eat. I didn't ask but I'm sure they could substitute out the egg in certain dudes.

First time experiencing the worst customer service ever since going to first watch for 4 years. Our waitress had an unwelcoming attitude towards us. We ordered coffee only find out after sitting there for 10 minutes that there is no creamer. We tried to get her attention and another waiter tried to ask her something at the same time, the waiter told her to attend us first and she brushed us off instead. We asked for utensils and she brought us plastic utensils, we looked around and everyone else had real utensils lol.She checked on us a total of 2 times during our entire stay.

They are such a thoughtful and kind staff.The day I asked my girlfriend to be official, one of the servers named James brought out the flowers I'd given him earlier in the day to surprise her. Her and I have frequented this location and always have a wonderful experience. James is always friendly and takes care of us each time he sees us.The service is always on point, and we love that the food is accommodating to a variety of diet restrictions.
