Just had the worst experience ever at five guys. I called and asked for the manager. A Hispanic lady answers and asked me why am I calling during lunch. I ignored the question and asked for the manager. She hung up the phone in my face. I called back she started yelling. I asked for the manager again. She put me on hold and walked to the manager and literally lied about the entire conversation. I heard her say the name will. So I think Will came to the phone. He sounded black, not really sure if Will is his name. He comes to the phone very aggressive. I Asked who am I speaking with, is this the manager. He then asked why do I want to know who he is. I calmly began to explain to him the situation I just had with his employee and wanted to speak to the general manager to make a complaint. He hung up in my face. I’m done with this five guys location. They act too street here. I be thinking I might get into a fight or get stabbed by one of the employees. The food is good. I’ll just start going to a new location. And recommend that my friends and family do the same thing. Shouldnt have to pay to deal with ratchet, ignorant employees in hopes of getting a good meal. Hopes the owner sees this

Service was poor witnessed a lady get mistreated then they gave me two half portions of fries had to buy another one they were too busy talking bout the girl they disrespected then taking care of the guest that just spent money! Trash portions don’t recommend

This lady was so rude to my young son and I during our first time experience at any Five Guys. After being belittled and some back and forth, I asked for a refund in which she did eventually after several condescending comments but did not refund my tip. I asked for her name and she said she didn’t have to give me her name (I agree) before walking off and posing for this photo.

Five guys is always s winner. They forgot my fries due to a minor mixup and they made it right, the fries were better than I remembered. N they have Cajun now, so get those.
