Ordered ahead, food was not ready upon arrival, although the counter attendant handed me the sandwiches only without fries. I waited while they cooked fries. We ordered a milkshake with the phone order, and before I left they handed me a cup of melted ice cream. The burgers were tasty, fries were hot and also tasty, but I win't be returning after this experience.

The staff is super friendly. They have a difficult time hearing on their phone line, so it’s best to place your order online.

We ordered online for pickup on 12/22. Everything was super--from the order/pickup experience to the food. I have sampled plenty of french fries in the past and the ones we had from Five Guys were certainly among the best I've ever had. Burgers were delicious, too!
