I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied because I was excited to check this place out, this is the worst bubble tea I’ve had ever. its water, too much sugar and flavor powder had to trash the damn thing… if you are looking to overly pay for water and high sugar this place might be for you.

I ordered the taro milk tea with brown sugar boba and it was the worst taro boba I’ve ever had. The boba was sweet but I could tell from the texture that it wasn’t fresh and had been sitting there a while, and the taro was completely flavorless. Also, when I ordered, they asked if I wanted regular milk, almond milk, or oat milk without mentioning that the almond milk and oat milk cost more. Even without paying extra for a different milk, it was a whole $7.95 after tax for a 16 oz milk tea :/

BodyBar Vinnings posted a Pilates class on Eventbrite to take place here. I drove the city to attend was looking forward to Pilates and Bubble tea after. I guess the class is canceled?!!! There’s no one here; it’s dark inside and no class outside either.

Update: I got an email saying BodyBar canceled due to (last night’s) weather; todays weather is perfect. A sign on the door still would’ve been nice. They canceled the class before this too…

I tried to post directly on BodyBar Vinnings Google but they’re not open yet. Making two events then canceling them both is a crazy thing to do…

FruitTea should be mindful of who they allow to utilize their space.

Was excited and looking forward to checking this place out.

No line, at least two employees in the back. Was told to use the kiosk, but then other people arrived and they got their orders taken and they got their orders before us.

Also, when our drinks were ready, the employee set them on the counter and didn't call us. Asked if it was ours and she said yeah but that there was no name when I ordered. First off, it's a required field for ordering at the kiosk. Second, it's not hard to call us over, since we were the only people there.

To top it off, our orders were wrong.

Definitely not coming back. I'd rather drive to Tea Leaf in Austell or Queen Tea in Kennesaw. Those employees actually make us feel welcomed.

I had a disappointing experience at this boba shop. Upon arrival, there was no line, so we began browsing the menu. Immediately, the owner informed us that if we weren’t paying with cash, we should use the kiosk to place our order, which we did. However, what followed was confusing and frustrating. Three other groups came in after us, none of whom were paying with cash, yet they were allowed to order at the counter without being told to use the kiosk. Strangely, all three groups received their drinks before us, despite us waiting for nearly 30 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, we even asked the staff to confirm that our order had been received, but we still had to wait longer.

When we finally got our boba slushies, they were very poorly made—nothing like what we’ve experienced elsewhere. The drinks were not blended properly and were full of large ice chunks. It was more like chewing ice than enjoying a slushy. Overall, the service and quality were far from what we expected, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
