I’ve ordered from here several times already and every time the customer service is lovely, and my drinks come out exactly as expected every order. I also enjoy the wide variety of options that are on the menu from the drinks to the desserts🙂‍↕️

Stopped by and had the New York style cheese tea. It was amazing and the staff was very hospitable and nice when it came to helping me choose my drink . Most definitely will be back soon

Hands down - the best bubble tea I ever had. The cozy atmosphere and variety of flavors is what did it for me. I wasn't stuck choosing between flavors I didn't like. A definite must visit to chill and get EXACTLY what you want.

Terrible tea and customer service. Will never return.

My experience was awesome! I loved the mango mambi with rainbow jelly and mango pearls. Great atmosphere as well. Didn’t get the employee’s name but he was super friendly and helpful to my daughter and I, especially being our first time visiting your store.

I was taken by the goidness of yhe frrsh aroma of bliss when I walked in. It was so welcoming , inviting. and cozy. After having my delicious ma go milk tea all I wanted to do was relax! Gotta go try they're delicious teas...Love it!!

I had a terrible experience here. Despite there being no line and at least two employees in the back, I was rudely told to use the kiosk. Afterward, other customers who arrived later had their orders taken directly at the counter. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive.

On top of that, the tapioca wasn’t even ready—something they could have mentioned before making me order through the kiosk. Instead, I was told I’d either need to wait 30 minutes or pick something else. Their solution was to offer me a meager 15% discount on my next drink, but honestly, I’ll never return. The drink I ended up with was awful, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish.

me and my sister went and we got taro and hibiscus tea with 50% sweetener. it turned out to not be sweet enough so we asked to get more sweeteners in our drinks and when they returned it, it was not changed at all. i think they just replaced the lids on them. the boba bubbles were good but thats about it. not worth 7$

Plz plz repeat the order because sometimes the employees get the wrong order and this is the second time. One order of slushie coffee order was wrong and came with rainbow gummy’s, and we said no toppings . The other time , both orders were wrong and was mentioned beforehand , wanted it slushie and instead we were handed regular boba-tea, told the lady to fix it please and I was glad she did, overall great place just more communication is needed.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing I felt compelled. I ordered a taro milk tea with boba simple, right? What I got was a lukewarm, watery mess with tapioca pearls that tasted like they'd been sitting in a corner for a week. They were mushy and somehow still hard in the middle. How do you even mess that up?
The service wasn’t any better. Not exactly welcoming. Also, it took forever. There were only two people ahead of me, and I still waited over 20 minutes. For a drink and some sad boba. And let’s talk price over $7 for that? I’ve had better drinks from a gas station vending machine. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
