I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The biryani is consistently excellent, and the weekend specials never disappoint. I've tried a few different dishes, and each one has been literally swimming in oil. It's like they're trying to make up for the lack of flavor with an excess of grease.However, the service is slow, and the wait times are unreasonably long. Additionally, the waiters( I dont know his name) often persuade us to order more than we can finish, resulting in waste. Despite these issues, the biryani and weekend specials keep us coming back.

We ordered food for our house warming. Team is amazing in help us with food portions especially Prudhvi garu and Ajay. They did delivered food in a professional containers including Chai. It’s a 24hr hot container which is unbelievable. Strongly recommend to get food catered from here. Coming to taste of food, I believe they are the best in Smyrna area. Food was extraordinary… looking forward to get more food from them.

We went to this Hyderabad Xpress restaurant for lunch. We had ordered Masala dosa, and one boneless chicken biryani and the quantity was just enough for 3 adults. We loved the way boneless chicken was marinated with authentic Hyderabadi spices. When we spoke to the owner, he explained all their spices are directly from Hyderabad, India which helps them to retain the real Hyderabadi taste in their food. The staffs are really humble and they prepare fresh food (so expect 40-45 minutes of wait time if you want freshly cooked meal for you). We are glad we decided to come to this restaurant for lunch after our an hour long trail.
This is my second visit to this place. They have some good Mandi here. To be honest my first visit had a bit of a long wait and the food was a bit less. However this time there was no wait time and the food arrived very quickly. The staff was very polite and friendly. The food portions were awesome. The portion size (Full Mandi) was good for 4 people. Just a heads up for the vegetarians they do have vegetarian Mandi also (Options are two Panner types/ Gobi Manchurian).
They charged me extra for the food items, and when we questioned them why, they said that they “raised the prices”. I understand that inflation is a thing, but they did not update the menu accordingly, which was falsely advertised.

Ordered honey chilli chicken and it doesn’t even come with rice. What kind of Chinese doesn’t come with rice. Not just that, it felt like it wasn’t made fresh. Same with egg noodles - came cold. Briyani was decent.Service is absolutely zero. Every order came at different times. Some food was fresher than others. Ordered a naan and they have the audacity to charge $5 for ONE naan. The floor is all greasy and slippery it feels like it’s never been cleaned. Someone actually fell and dropped her food because of the slippery floor. And after all they charged 18% gratuity. Horrible. First and last time going here.

The food here is unbelievable. I easily spent over $100 in one week because it was just that good. If the customer service could improve then I would definitely change it to five stars. Customer service goes a long way. I've been to this location multiple times and I've never felt welcomed there but I continue to go because of the quality of their food. Now that Ive typed this maybe I should go where my presence is valued along with my money. But the food is sooo GOOOOOD.
