I ordered curbside pickup and was told it would be ready by 11:05. At 11:30 no one has brought my food out and I am now having a hard time trying to contact the restaurant to request a refund for my $50 order. I am truly disappointed because I’ve had good experiences at this location but today has proven otherwise.

Sorry but today was not it. Hair was in every meal I ordered. When I first started feeding my son his pancakes, there was hair. Luckily I caught it before feeding him. I had them remake the food. Then as I was eating my food, I see hair on the plate as I’m eating my eggs. At this point I was just ready to go. Paid and left. Won’t be back here. Please have your cooks SHAVE and wear HAIR NETS. It was truly gross. 🤢

Every single time I order from this particular IHOP on Doordash I am missing something and I do mean every single time so it’s been a long time since I ordered from here again I ordered an omelette with just a couple add-ons. I don’t know who expedites at this place but this is clearly an expediter problem so I’m missing my salsa. I’m missing my ham is clearly on my ticket. I definitely paid extra. Normally I’m missing butter and syrup and utensils and beverages and I figured if I ordered less, there would be less of a chance of me missing something. Y’all should really do better

food came out cold and undercooked (specifically bacon) Table could be cleaner, syrup container covered in lint. Friendly Waiter was handling hostess station, waiting tables, and cleaning tables. Understaffed.
