I went there after my errands nearby at Smyrna, GA. It was clean restaurant and restroom. I ordered American breakfast, 2 fried eggs - medium over, grits with an American cheese, potatoes, 2 biscuits and a hot water mug with lemon slices. Yummy breakfast and everything order was correct. Those biscuits were so good. Fresh, gentle and homemade tasting biscuits . I ordered 1 extra to take home. There were several mugs of various sugar packages, various creamers and various jelly/preserves ready on those tables to help yourself. My server was nice. đ I will go back there while I will be in this area.

I ordered Eggs Benedict from them through Uber Eats and this is the 4th time they have gotten it wrong! The eggs are supposed to be lightly poached with a runny yolk and mine were both hard boiled! Hey store management AND CORPORATE you need to train your cooks way better AND whoever is working the pass or checking that orders are right BEFORE you just send them out, either in your restaurant or through delivery! Yes I call them cookâs because I wonât insult REAL Chefâs by using that term on your people who canât even poach an egg correctly! I complained to uber eats and they are giving me a full refund which is money you lose because they are going to take it away from you!! I am going to continue to order this from you until you can get it RIGHT!! Every time itâs wrong I will get a refund and give you a 1 star rating & you lose money!! Oh & yes I sent a picture to Uber Eats proving my point!! Check & see how much money I have spent with you over the last month. Hundreds of dollars!! Get IT RIGHT!!

Consistent, I CLEAR my plate each time, they listen and deliver orders correctly. Even if busy they check in or make sure things are getting done as needed. Turning tables effectively and keeping smiles and great on greeting and saying bye!

The customer service here has really went down. We have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. But the recent servers theyâve hired are lazy (Alessandro and Leslie) and do not care about customer service. They need stronger supervision and management. Luckily, Adriana stepped in to help us after I filed a complaint and she was very nice.

I wanted to try a new breakfast spot and J. Christopherâs did not disappoint me. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and the food was absolutely delicious. I canât pick a favorite at this time. I just want to try more from the menu which was very reasonably priced by the way, and my waiter was very attentive to my needs. Iâve attached a few of my favorites.
