Just picked up wings and there’s a giant block party going on. Usually the wings are decent sized, but today they’re the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. How can you charge $30+ for this?

Called to place a to go order. Sat on hold for 10 minutes. Decided to drive in and order. I was told that I could place an order for a child after 9p. Then…….. the manager on duty proceeds to tell me how many people she had waiting inside as to why I was on hold for ten minutes. Light skin. Grey short wig. Smh. And they made HER a manager?? Her body language and customer service tells me that they made a bad decision.

Late night eating. The wings were not good...or what i have come to expect of JR Crickets. Wings are getting smaller and smaller and the flavor was off. Now let me say during lunch I eat there a quite a bit and have never had an issue but this night time eating definitely was. The South Cobb Flavor was also off. Service was just okay. Gonna try to keep supporting but I hope they are not allowing the service or food to go to Subpar. That is the quickest way to lose business. Also some of my wings tasted like they were freezer burned...but they cooked them anyway. It was after midnight and I was starving but I have never just left half of my wing order there for them to toss. They were pretty bad. Hope they get it together cause its one of our fav little spots.
Ordered my food online on the website and arrived and waited additional 25 minutes just for my order to be wrong. I ordered 10pc all flats and got all drumsticks. I asked the manager and he was very rude and didn’t want to give me a refund smh

Experience was somewhat of an eye opener. Prices slightly higher for wings and one drink, but the drinks were in a larger size glass. I will return to this location in the near future.
This year, I watched the Super Bowl at J.R. Cricket. Great seating arrangements, plenty of TVs. Good drink specials and great customer service. I had lemon pepper wings, wet. Somehow, the wings were super dry. I would visit again and try other food options.

Went for the R&B bingo. It was a ton of fun! Get there early, though, because it will fill up! R&B bingo is every other Sunday. Lots of T.V.'s. The servers hustle, and they are very pleasant! I've not ever seen one act ugly or present with a bad attitude! The managers work too! The bartenders move with expediency!
Kid-friendliness: Not at night. It is lit at night! Leave them kids at home.
