Jersey Mike's Subs

I do enjoy Jersey Mike's at the Smyrna location but, today I guess there was a change of command in the restaurant. Walked in there after church for lunch and placed a to go order. And a young lady whom to me seem like she was the manager. She was dropping f-bomb after f-bomb. What you do in the privacy of home is one thing. Please do not drop f-bombs in a public restaurant.

Quality subs and employees are good ans know what they're doing. I used to come here more often under the prior owner but haven't been in a while. I visited today and my sandwich was make exactly how I requested in my mobile order. I'm going to start coming here more often because the sandwiches are way better than the other places I eat when I'm in this area.

Brought a turkey and cheese sandwich. They are so cheap with the meat. I barely taste it. We have to do better, don't think I'm going back there again. Paying almost twenty dollars for nothing

Jersey Mike’s in Smyrna is awesome. The staff is friendly and they are fast even when it gets busy! My lunch break is only so long so I know I can get in and out with a great sandwich!!!

Out of all the locations I’ve been to so far this is the first location where I ordered that buffalo steak sandwich, and it didn’t look sloppy or just thrown together. Anyone remember SpongeBob where he took his time making the krabby patty and it came out perfect? Same concept except it was a Jersey Mike sandwich!!! Whoever the night crew is December 8th time 8:45 pm need to teach other stores how to make a sandwich with care

The food is fantastic. But the staff were arguing the whole time I was here. The guy cooking the food was very nice and had to talk over them just to hear my order.

This is ridiculous. I’m never ordering from this location again. I really want to know why my order was so wet. This doesn’t make any sense. It looks almost like they dipped my wrap in oil then wrapped it up. I didn’t even ask for oil! Would anyone on your staff eat something like this? No, right? So why serve this to your paying customers. Thing is, I am not asking for anything special here. If you do just the basics, you will have a happy customer. This is not the first time I ordered here and it was made very poorly. Y’all really need to do better and at least act like you care.
