Last night (5/22) I called in @ 9:05pm to place a pickup order. The lady originally, picked up the phone and hung up. I called again. She was obviously annoyed that anyone was calling to place an order. I give her my order and let her know that their business hours are incorrect on the website as it says they close @9pm. I was charged for 2 pizzas and 1was a call in order. There was a text order but I canceled that order and I have the text to prove it but I was charged for it as well. This was more than a week ago. I was given an 800 number to call and the person I spoke to told me that the store manager is supposed call to take care of this. I’ve gotten promises from employees at the South Cobb Dr in Smyrna Store.
They could have even offered a pizza to take care of the situation but...read full review
