It was my first time at Jet’s pizza in Smyrna and I have to say it was awesome! Mr. Tai made me feel like a million bucks with his smile and charisma! I will def be going back any chance I get! Super clean, super friendly, would recommend.

Keep forgetting ranch dipping sauce if I’m gonna pay almost 2 dollars for a cup of sauce then it should be in a bag like how they always do. They only put certain ones in a bag, for each order. I don’t know if they are just getting lazy or they are hiring too many new people. I paid almost 2 dollars for the ranch so I’m expecting to get the ranch. I know you guys cut back from labor costs so therefore a very small pizza is $30 now What happened is that they did not put the sauce in the bag like they usually do. Or at least in the box. When the lady came to deliver, it dropped on my porch and spilled.

My order got delivered incorrectly because someone made a mistake and there was a miscommunication. I must admit, I was a bit frustrated. However, the manager Brandon was very empathetic and professional and made things right. Pizza came back perfect and in good timing. They also sent out a soda for good measure. I will continue to frequent this Jets location as I have for many years. Thank you to the staff!

The problem was I could drive there in 7 minutes and it took 1.5 hours to get a pizza to me.
It was the first time I ordered from Jet's, and it will be the last.

Placed a delivery order and it was running late. Called the smyrna location and spoke with Darian. I'm not even mad my pizza might not get delivered via door dash due to Darians superior customer service. I offered him a job.
The deep dish pizza is my favorite their sauces incredible their Pizza is never disappointing and always consistent. And I'm from Buffalo!
Kid-friendliness: The experience is always the pleasure. When I call in I use the autobot to take my order and it takes a couple dollars off every time. The autobot knows me we have a personal relationship he says hello ?

Just left jet Pizza On S. Cobb Dr. in Smyrna they gave me the tiniest slice I’ve ever gotten in my life. I think the cook took half for his lunch not going back was a 3 year customer
