Shakina was our server and she was AMAZING! She made such a positive experience for us and the other tables she was taking care of. Not only was she incredibly efficient, but she was SUPER friendly despite having to take care of so many tables. We would absolutely love to have her again! She made one of our family members’ first experience so incredible.
The food was incredible, we each got the Jim’s plate with 3 choices of meat. I got the marbled brisket and pulled pork with mac and fries! Everything was so delicious! The peach tea never fails to be anything less than incredible. The bathrooms were super clean as well.
Major shout out to the host as she was on top of getting us sat, taking care of peoples togo orders, and helping the doordash people.
If you’re looking for some killer barbecue with even better service, make sure to come here! Ask for Shakina if you can!
I paid almost 30 for the food itself and the portions were not worth the money. I was sceptical about ordering delivery from this place and looks like my thoughts were right. Just thought it would be at bit more on the sides and a some more meat

Food was good. I had the brisket sandwich with mac and cheese and fries. Fries were great, Mac and cheese needed a bit of salt for my taste. The brisket was pretty good. Great smoke flavor. I had sauce on the side. A good brisket doesn’t need sauce.

My family and I came in Saturday to enjoy dinner. (In town for a funeral) It took over an HOUR for us to recieve our food and took the waitress over 10 minutes to come to our table and ask us what we wanted to drink. We had to ask a completely different waitress to take our drink order. When our food arrived, 2 of the orders were wrong and 3 of them were luke warm. When we asked our waitress for our food to be remade and brought back to us because it wasn't hot, (almost like it had been sitting waiting for her to bring it to us) she gave us this look and pulled all our plates off the table. It then took an additional 30 mins for it to be brought back! We ended up paying and leaving. $114 down the drain. First time we had ever been to this location and I'm very unpleased about the experience. I tried contacting management and kept being put on hold and gave up. It's ridiculous how people are treated and food is prepared.

The male manager harasses the female staff. Saw him "brushing up" against a waitress and the look on her face said this was a regular thing. This location is trash.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Jim ‘n Nicks, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu was full of tempting options, but we ultimately decided on the smoked turkey, and it did not disappoint. What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was the service. Monica, our server, was outstanding.
