I’m so glad that I came to this restaurant today! Short story: My daughter was born this morning! I’ve been up since 6:30 am. While taking a break from the hospital, I came to Jim & Nicks! The manager, Cole, was so nice and gracious! In my dismal attitude, he got me laughing and enjoying myself! I really needed that boost of energy & enthusiasm. Ms. Smith, the bartender, was also excellent. They exemplify what true customer service embodies! Changed my entire mood, energy & ultimately my day! A fantastic experience!Thanks. I ordered for delivery, the pork and the chicken wasn't tasty at all, the bbq sauce they send me was ice cold . The soda was full of ice and almost no soda, and no straw... No napkins, and the beans was more like a soup...

Michael handled business, very attentive and I have never had to ask for anything outside of what I wanted to eat. He’s very attentive and kind! Mac n cheese has been as great lately but outside of that I enjoy my meal.
It’s my first time at jim n nicks and Michael is a great server if not the best I ever had in my 30 plus years outstanding server will come again for Michael as my server.
