I am a frequent Jimmy John’s customer. I’m also the owner of several franchises. I would have to say that the customer service at this location is top-notch and a great place to enjoy lunch or pick up sandwiches for meals for your family. The bathrooms were clean, so was the building for a food establishment; this is above average. I highly recommend this location. Let me not forget the courtesy and professionalism of the workers. This owner has a good team.

Very disappointed in Theophilus Harris
He delivered food to our establishment got upset we didn’t leave a tip also had our food smelling like smoke. We called it in and also left a bad review. Harris turned around and left a bad review on our establishment. Not only is that unprofessional but you asked for a tip as if we were supposed to tip you when you had a bad attitude and had our food smelling like smoke. This is unacceptable and we will be taking these a step further. Please get control of your workers. To leave a bad review it need to be truthful and your worker is clearly upset about not receiving a tip.

The worst sandwich ever. It was Turkey that did not taste great. It only had Turkey lettuce and cheese. No mayo or cheese which I asked for. I like Jimmy John’s and so does my husband but this sandwich and location was awful.

Understaffed. Orders made incorrectly. Slow to get sandwiches, a company that prides itself on fast food, it has taken over 20 minutes multiple times.

Write to corporate who didn’t care. Writing this review while waiting on my last visit.

This was my 1st time getting food from this location. The guy working the window was very nice! My sandwich had a little more lettuce than I prefer, but that's an easy fix. I didn't love the Kickin Ranch chips, but that's no fault of anyone at this location. Lol. (BRING BACK THE PICKLE CHIPS! LOL) I'll definitely order from this location again.

I ordered food and because corporate had told them to close theu decided to cancel my order even though it was received and they hadn't shut down yet! Which is very unprofessional and lazy you were still open to recieve the order but because you wanted to leave you canceled my order! I would like to hear from corporate because that's definitely not right

I've placed two orders in the last week. My first order was wrong and we ended up with two of the same sandwich instead of the two different we ordered. We ordered again later in the week. Our sandwiches were correct however, my two were pretty bad. One the bread was hard and stale. The 2nd has barely anything on it, so much for being a favorite with double meat and cheese. I eat from JJs all the time at different locations. I will probably avoid this location going forward.

Sandwich was great. Window guy forgot to give me my credit card back. Had to go back. But, great sandwich.

My visit to this restaurant was a big disappointment being that I love Jimmy John's. The fact that 2 days straight, the inside lobby was closed due to staff shortage is a major concern. I would highly recommend that you all solve this problem. Not a very good look for the Jimmy John name.
