The food is good but they are very slow and focus more on those who order from the car

I arrived here with my family and in reality the atmosphere was very tense with the man who served us, even though there were no clients he was rushing us and with a very bad character and honestly this person should not deal with the public because the client is respected regardless of nationality or anything else, he was very racist with us and with my minor daughter, unfortunately I do not know why they have people like these working in a place where the client is the priority, my criterion is: If you are not qualified to serve the client, no you can work in places that have to do with the public

Drive thru backed up so I came inside. 1 person in front of me. Long wait. Tried to get the text deal on the sign behind the register, but my casheir, black guy with earrings no name tag but he is taking orders under the Latanya, said "we dont have that no mo". The At this time I have been waiting 17 min and counting for a 2 PC chicken meal. Okay I just got my food. This place is very slow and false advertising is a norm I guess.

They didn’t have credit machine working, they didn’t have change for $100, the lady was completely unapologetic about having to take out half our order after it was ready because they didn’t have way to take payment. Plus what they gave us was stale

Just like every other fast food place in Atlanta. Either you get rude service or they are out of something. We all need to strike these places because they're not going to get better. Let's do it everyone! No fast food for the rest of the year!

I’m convinced this place is ran by the most incompetent people Atlanta has to offer. Obviously it’s extremely difficult for them to read what the order says and actually complete the order. Maybe KFC corporate needs to have these employees take a 3rd grade reading class as part of their training. I hope the staff knows it was their choice to work here so maybe just do your job.

I visited KFC late on Sunday evening, arriving shortly after the lobby had closed, which I understand might limit service. Since I was already there and hungry, I decided to approach the drive-thru window to inquire if I could place an order or purchase any leftover food that might otherwise go to waste.

One of the employees, a young male who seemed eager to help, went to get his manager. When the manager arrived, I politely explained my situation and asked if I could place an order. The manager quickly informed me that they were only accepting cash. I explained I didn’t have cash but could pay with a card or send the money via Cash App. Unfortunately, the manager declined, stating she only takes cash.

I then asked if I could place a mobile order through the app and pick it up at the window. The manager refused, explaining that I would need to be in a car to pick up the order. I was confused by this response, as it doesn’t make sense to restrict mobile order pickups to cars only. Mobile orders are designed to make ordering convenient for customers, whether on foot or in a vehicle.

When I tried to appeal one more time, emphasizing that I was hungry and had walked to the store, she firmly said no and abruptly shut the window in my face.

While I respect that policies are in place for a reason, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasn’t asking for special treatment but was simply looking for a solution to grab a quick meal after a long day at work. Allowing me to place a mobile order and pick it up on foot would have been a reasonable compromise, given the circumstances.

I left feeling disappointed, not just because I couldn’t get food, but because of how the situation was handled. I hope KFC will address how to approach situations like this with more empathy and flexibility in the future. Additionally, it would be helpful if mobile order policies were clarified and made more inclusive for customers who are not in vehicles.
