I had a great experience at KFC acknowledging the Manager Ken and the rest of the team. Their customer service was outstanding—both were friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was correct and served quickly. They created a welcoming atmosphere & went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely be back to this location.

Night time woman employee, doesn't let people that are picking up wait in the Drive-Thru, and tell them to come back 10 minutes later causing the delivery to be late with no way to know when it's ready since we're not allowed to wait in the Drive-Thru. I never got a notification in the app that it was ready therefore I think there's something shady going on. They need to provide better customer service, instead of having us wait around forever telling us to leave essentially without any kind of notification that it's ready. 👎

In my opinion, the store has really improved in the last six months. I used to hate coming to this location because the food never seemed to be fresh. The employees always seem to have an attitude, and there was always something wrong like they didn’t have particular items in stock.
Now when I come they are always very Friendly, my food is always popping hot and it’s a pleasant experience. I appreciate the improvement in customer service.

Zero stars if I could. This location on Cobb parkway in Smyrna is the worst kfc I have ever been to. The employees are so rude and the place is always so dirty with trash all over the floor. I went on 3/14/26 around 7 pm and the drive through was closed. And when I asked if they have crispy chicken they didn’t respond. So again I said hello ? Then a man rudely responded that they do. At this point I was just put off by the rudeness so I took my business elsewhere. At two separate times I came to this location and was met with rudeness or they were out of crispy chicken. It is not even worth going to so I suggest going to Popeyes instead. I wouldn’t be surprised if this kfc gets closed down soon.

This is my favorite KFC! During my first visit I had a problem with my order. I thought it was them but it was me. The District Mgr happened to be there and I was able to share how the Mgr. Kenny went above and beyond to explain to me what happened and how he could rectify my problem.
I went back the other day and met the Seymea. Again, I had an issue with my order and she rectified it without blinking an eye. The Mgmt Staff is great. And of course the food was delicious. In this day and age good services hard to find, but with this Mgmt Staff, you'll definitely find it.

My first time at a KFC store and it was the worst experience. I was well attended by the cashier, but suddenly the cook started yelling at my daughter, a child who didn't understand the English of this rude person, shouting and wanting to know whose name the order was under. My daughter started crying, I understood and immediately gave my name, comforted my daughter, picked up my order, and left. I will never go back to this place again. Anyone who leaves home to work should know that serving the public requires politeness and excellence.
Please fire the whole night shift!! Including tje manager! Everyone is rude and lazy! On top of that they always close before closing time! Always lie about not having any food! Disgustingly rude for no Reason! Please find staff! This has gone way to long.
