Came all the way from Florida haven’t ate in 9 hours pulled up to the drive through and when I say I was so stunned with how wonderful the entire staff customer service was amazing. They made sure my food came out fresh and ask me if I needed anything else If it’s not Calvin, Naomi, & Felicia on shift I don’t want it . They were top tier from the time I ordered to the time my food was handed to me .. 10/10 Thanks KFC⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in for lunch with my Coworker, he got his meal almost as soon as he ordered, mine was still cooking, had to wait an extra 5 mins, they compensated for the extra wait time, communicated with me the entire time. Great manager, great staff.

been here since May 2025,I’m new but I remember the 1st that my AUNT and I went here, during the Braves game and raining outside.. literally there was a woman named Naomi and 1 cook in the back and they were completely busy, but they held it down. Got the food out, hot and fresh …an extra employee who was there I guess waiting to clock in on his regular schedule, but instead he went in early and helped out…there was some people who understood and some who just didn’t care but from that moment, my AUNT & I continue coming to this KFC, pretty much on Sundays after church, I can honestly say that this is one of the best KFC I EVER been to in the longest. I had a regular spot in Florida, but now that I’m no longer there this is my number #1. I don’t know what it is that they do with their chicken, but it is fantastic, mouthwatering, delicious, crunchy, flavor, hot and ready. Their biscuits are phenomenal, Mouthwatering, tasty, fresh, Addicting. It’s like you want another biscuit and I love it, their vegetables, corn and green beans taste so damn good. I don’t know what they do with it if they put a extra seasoning in there with some love, but my AUNT and I have been there 6x never disappointed never disappointment not even with the drinks and I love it because there’s times where you go to a fast food restaurant and 1x you get it and it’s off the chain but then you go back thinking you’re gonna get it the same way and absolutely not ….what I can say about this KFC @ this location, you can come back all you want and it’s still be the same.. honestly, there are 4 people that I’ve seen that bust they ass that’s Naomi, Pleasant respectful, she doesn’t lose her temper, she seemed like she got some patience, but don’t disrespect her, then there’s a gentleman with a low fade haircut with a design & another gentleman with long dreads or braids That are respectful, hard-working they go out their way as much as they can to help assist, then the other gentleman that clocked in early During the Braves game, short gentlemen maybe 5’5 dark hair … I JUST WANNA SAY THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME DELICIOUS, FABULOUS, GREAT CHICKEN THAT IS AMAZING AND SO DAMN TASTY ALONG WITH THE BISCUITS AND VEGETABLES. I KNOW IT’S NOT EASY, BUT PLEASE CONTINUE DOING WHAT YOU’RE DOING.🤗🙌🏼

Poor Customer Service on 9/4/25

On September 4, 2025, I pulled into the KFC parking lot a little before 10:00 AM. Out of courtesy, I waited until 10:00 AM to pull up to the ordering box, and I even gave the staff an additional five minutes since I understand the store was just opening.

No one ever acknowledged me at the speaker. After waiting another 6–7 minutes, I pulled up to the window. I could clearly hear movement inside, but still no one greeted me, said “good morning,” or even acknowledged my presence. There were no other customers on the property, yet I was completely ignored.

I took photos and screenshots to document how long I waited before finally driving away without service. This experience was unacceptable. It is disappointing that employees would choose to ignore a customer rather than offer a simple acknowledgment or explanation.

You never have to worry about me supporting or spending my money at this location again. To act as if one customer does not matter is poor business practice and reflects badly on KFC as a whole.

I hope this issue is addressed with the staff who opened the store on the morning of September 4th at 10:00 AM.

The restaurant and it's bathrooms are clean and fresh. The chicken and the chicken sandwich was hot and fresh. The potato wedges and coleslaw was delicious. The drinks (sweet tea and Pepsi) were nice and fresh. Great restaurant.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! A lady was cleaning the lobby with mopping and soapy nasty water and went to go make my food. I asked her to put on gloves after she washed her hands and she told me she didn’t have to put on gloves because she had just washed her hands so disgusting do not eat hair!!!! I paid my money, but I did not want to get sick so I left and walked out the door!!!

For the second time in over a month when I pulled up to the drive thru to order I was told “ you have to come inside to order.” When I asked why the reason was “ the drive thru register was broken “. I may not be a genius but why. It just process the orders at the counter register…5 feet away. I guess business is so good you can turn away all the drive thru customers
