I’m pregnant and craving donuts. So in theory, I’m really easy to please, however, half of my donuts were missing their filling. My custard filled doughnut literally had a teaspoon of custard in it at the very last bite. My Biscoff donut was completely missing the filling- so much for trying new stuff.
Over all super disappointed as I rarely actually go to a Krispy Kreme location for donuts. Should probably just stick to the basic donuts when the light is on….

Drove 40 mins to the location to get donuts. I was told I'd have to wait for 30 minutes while they dropped more donuts I could wait inside or in my car. I paid for chocolate glazed and glazed. When I went back in they gave me my chocolate and told me they gave out all the glazed but I could wait 30 more minutes or get my money back. The worst service ever. Take someone's money and then just forget their order. I will never go there again. Worst service ever. Definitely poor customer service!!

Hadn't been to KK in over six months ago. I was a little disappointed there was expecting a little more of a variety to choose from. The facility was very clean. I assumed it would be compatible to the patrons at Starbucks & other coffee houses...using the Wifi...?

The cashier picked up a donut off the floor and proceeded to serve it to me. That was gross and is a health violation. Why would someone do that? Train your employees or the government will shut your business down! I will not buy from this location every again. This location is ruining Krispy Kreme's brand.

Went to this location 20 minutes prior to closing. They ran, locked the door and refused to let us in. Absolutely the most ridiculous service. We also went through the drive through and the refused to serve us.
