I’ve given this location multiple chances, but every time (3 separate times now), what I am given is not even close to what I ordered. The donuts taste old and stale no matter if the light is on or not and they are typically out of at the very least 3 different types of donuts. On top of that, Krispy Kreme decided to discontinue the lemon filled. For all those reasons, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Went through The Dry through placed. In order for 2 doughnuts , because everything I wanted , they did not have. The girl taking my order was unapologetic that they were out of 5 things that I asked for and then when I got to the window she still gave me the wrong order. I had to drive back around to the drive through as I sat at the drive through window. Cause there was no one there. She just ignored me. I had to literally get out of my car and knock on the window. When I told her that I did not get the correct order. She took my bag, looked in it in disbelief, threw the donuts out. And then proceeded to get the correct order.I rarely go to Krispy Kreme.But the one on south cob I will not be going to anymore.

This the closest KK store to me. They are the worst in the Atlanta area. They ALWAYS run out of seasonal doughnuts early. They never smile. They’re not welcoming.
Honestly I’ve called to check on inventory prior to driving there only to reach dead-air
Go elsewhere if possible.

So this is what y'all do with the food you serve people? I was picking up an order and this is what I came across mind you I was in the line for a good 10 minutes while they just sat out there. Customer service was great such a sweet lady in the drive thru but I don't think this is how you're supposed to store peoples food.

LOVE KRISPY KREME DOUGHNUTS! They are so delicous😋. Highly recommend this doughnut place. Kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Not to expensive and easy to find parking.

Don't order on-line for a future pick-up! I was catering a school event and ordered 200 donut holes (dots) several days before the pick-up date. When I went to pick up, I was told they are out of dots. My order amount had been refunded. When I asked why they didn't plan for my order, I was told they only check for orders placed on the current day. I'm stunned. This is the second time I've run into catering and advanced ordering so I won't use this store anymore.

The people who worked there were more interested in preparing the donuts than the customers walking in for service. They were taking their own sweet time greeting customers, and there were several employees around this particular machine or equipment up front. No one looked happy to help that day.
