I ordered 2 Pick 5 meals and I only received 7 items ( I wish I was making that up) and my drink was one of the items they forgot 🙃. I waited close to 40 minutes for chili cheese pups with no chili, overcook sun dried hot dogs, the worst looking cheese crystals I've ever seen (with non-cooked cheese), none of the added ketchup I requested on the app was on my Krystal burgers, and a large soda SO FLAT that I couldn't tell if it was my large root beer or a large mister pib 😑 unbeknownst to me, my order also came with a side of attitude.. And I had to show my mobile order on my phone TWICE and they still messed up.. This is the nicest renovated crystals, I've ever been to, but it's also the worst Krystal, I've ever been too. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LONG WAIT TIMES, AND LAZY EXECUTED FOOD. My review may be an indictment of the lazy night crew... But I'll never know because I will never in my life come back to this location.

I’ve been there 2 days in a row and each time is horrible. Horrible customer service especially at night , crew have an attitude and I’m always missing food from what i paid for 2 days in a row! Something needs to be done about this because it’s ridiculous ! Save your money

Their food is great, but I experienced something terrible today. I have just been harassed by the lady who takes Dine-In orders in their S Cobb county branch in Atlanta. She yelled at me saying WE ALREADY KNOW YOUR ODER DRIVE THROUGH! And I haven't ordered yet! I know she said that because im a consistent customer and I usually order the same thing. But what if I want to order different thing this time? Despite telling her, she shouted over the speaker to a point it became harassment. I left without ordering and tried to call the number, but no one picked up. Tried to call their national customer support line, no one picked up. This happened on Oct 4 at around 2.20PM in they Krystal Smyrna branch. The worst place ever. They treat customers worse than any restaurant/chain I've been to. If their managers are unreachable, I'd plan to file a formal complaint against this branch in cobb county. Someone's gotta fix this garbage.

Chedarrian and Damon were our foodies and I'm so impressed I had to ask their names! They were efficient and the cheese Krystals were absolutely perfect. I've gotten them at a different location and they didn't have steamy buns! Until that actual disappointing experience I didn't know how important or even signature the Steamy Bun was!! Chedarrian even checked to make sure everything was ok but it wasn't! It was exceptional!! Got onion rings for the first time and they were fresh, hot, & delicious!! Thank you Chedarrian and Damon for the great experience, we will be back!!

I had to repost this review. I posted about an experience I had with this particular Krystal's not thinking nothing would be one of it. I was completely wrong. I received a call from Antanisha three days after my review. Not only did she apologize for my experience, but she offered me the chance to go back to see the changes that were made, and I must admit I was impressed. Kudos to Krystals for caring about their customers in a new world where customer service is almost extinct. Thanks Antanisha!!! 😊
