I just left there 20 mins ago and the manager was sleep and didn’t want to take my order and served me cold food with hard buns. I made it to work and ate the fries taste the sandwiches and throw everything up. If you was to see a black guy with a black beard and gold chain don’t order nothing from him.

I tried to order the hangover krystal for breakfast, "their new premier item shown on the center menu and promoted on posters all outside...served all day." They told me they didn't have any, I responded with, "it's a slider with egg and bacon." And instead of telling me I'd have to wait a few minutes for my order, they couldn't be bothered to make it at all and reaffirmed they didn't have any! ITS YOUR PRIMARY MENU ITEM! TO WHICH YOU MAKE ALL YOUR MONEY AND YOU DONT HAVE ANY!? So this location is perfectly fine with the manager lying straight to my face and having the employee lie straight to my face because you're too godamn lazy to cook an item you're promoting! Great business model!!! The manager at this location should be fired!

Used the drive thru. I do not know what this resturant uses as tea but if that was tea they gave me that was awful. Other than that all was good. Food was fresh and hot even at late night time I went.

It’s currently 11:10 pm and they said they’re closed and they usually close at 12….i get it but NO . Then when I was at the window and asked them “huh” because I was flabbergasted at the fact they said they were closed the guy on the register just ignored me . The customer service at their Krystal SUCKS . Last time I came a VERY old man was ordering his food & the people who rung him up dropped the meal at the window and literally cussed this man out and told him they wasn’t remaking it and the man was so old and sweet . I tried to call corporate and tell them what I witnessed but they ain’t answer either . I HATE this location
