I was in shock of how rude the manager was! I ordered a pizza through the portal, and I had got the code then I received a email my order was ready and to see the cashier.. the cashier didn’t find my pizza and the manager kept saying he had made it, and I must have came inside and taken it since I had the code? My phone ended up dying ( horrible timing of course) but I showed whwre it said it wasn’t able to be loaded in the portal. After all this when he was cutting the pizza he was slamming it and giving me rude looks I tried not to laugh because it was crazy, how are you a manager and can’t handle one little mix up without loosing your temper and for one pizza?

Little Ceasars need to be mindful of the employees they have on the front line when it pertains to customer service. Young lady working 1/4 Saturday night had a very nasty attitude and demeanor

This was my first time ordering at this little Caesar. I left my job at 6 o’clock. I ordered the food at 5:45. I did not get my food till almost 650. I was not even offered an apology or free soda. Nothing to apologize for the inconvenience of time that. This was my first time ordering at this little Caesars I left my job at 6 o’clock. I ordered the food at 5:45pm. Everyone that was coming in and order after me got their food before me. I work in the atmosphere where customer service is everything.

Ordered a order from doordash from this location and my order came unsealed and the pizza came messed up. Then I call the store and the lady otp has an attitude saying I'm calling her out her name when I didn't. Then I ask for her name and she hangs up smh. Then they also shorted my wings it's supposed to be 8 and they gave me 7. Worst location just a bunch of unprofessionalism going on over there

Too many young students working, and no structure.

This location has really gone down hill in the last year. We just stopped by for the very last time because the last three visits have been poorly run, overcooked and missing items. Today they were dead inside but still managed to be out of crazy bread, our hot and ready was cold and burned and our pepperoni cups were also burned. I don’t think management cares either as all they seem to hire are kids who don’t seem to have even been properly trained before being left with running the place.

Ordered 2 cheese pizzas , I failed to check my order .
When I got home the had given me 2 pepperoni pizza WE DONT EAT MEAT .
I drove back up there to explain what happened, they proceeded to tell me that I HAD ORDERED WRONG .
They then took the pizza I had brought from home and returned it to the hot box to serve to another guest
THIS IS A HEALTH CODE valuation.
I asked to speak to a manager. I was then told that there was no manager on duty. The young man behind the counter had His earbuds in and had no intentions on rectifying the situation.
I tried to call back to the store after leaving as well as corporate with no response.
I am more upset not with the way they handled getting the pizza order wrong, but the fact That they took the pizza that I had in my home and put it in a hotbox to serve another customer.
