My Quarter Pounder was severely undercooked! Totally raw in the middle! Open 24 hours but wouldn't answer the phone.

The service was terrible, male on drive thru between 2am to 3am was mad at life. He didn’t ask me if I was a reward member, I am. He was unpleasant and rude and probably needs to work when the sun is out.
The food was disgusting, reheated fries, dark n hard, filet o’ fish was dark and greasy. Definitely don’t go here if you hungry.
They upset, serving reheated food with no sense of urgency.
Will not be returning, I’ll drive out the way first.

Of all my local McDonald’s I will pass them all to come here. The kids that work here are all professional and sweet, esp compared to spring road. Will keep patronizing.

The woman with the Caribbean accent that was the manager yelled and cursed me out because I asked for fresh food. I was served old cold breakfast and simply asked for fresh food. I’m not even understanding why she is a manager nor at work talking to anyone in that manner. I asked for a refund for the entire meal due to at that point i don’t even want the food. She refused to give me her name and refused to give me a receipt showing a refund back to my card. I will also be calling corporate. As I have I have no idea why she was yelling at me and talking to me in that tone of voice. I am disturbed about how I was treated. I will never in my life eat McDonald’s again!

I just left out of the location. I came in to see if McDonald’s had any new drinks. There was a Mexican lady at the counter. I asked her if you guys had any new drinks. She walked off and didn’t even acknowledge my questions so I walked out and left. there is a standard to customer service that is expected for me to have experience that is not acceptable. And I will be finding the companies website as well to follow up with a personal complaint

Ordered sandwich meal on the mobile app and got pork on my sandwich… highly against my religion to eat and I did not order this. I Did not receive my money back either, and doubt I will. also for anyone who only went for monopoly they ran out of monopoly pieces too to add on and i went out of my way to get a large drink and fry just for them to say they don’t have any… not what my app said when I ordered it. Shame

I was getting a lid for my cup and one of the workers literally shoved me and did not say sorry or excuse me like hello are you ok but she was in a rush like if you don't like your job don't work there and it's not my fault that you cant get a proper job hello

This place just randomly closes, the other day I made a mobile order at 5pm on a Wednesday and the guy in drive thru said “we’re closed for the day” then as I’m coming back from the airport around 9:30pm 5 days later they put cones in the drive thru lines while two employees are just sitting at a table shooting the shit with the doors locked. At least chill in the back and look like yall are closed. Google says 24hrs, I get Google can be wrong but Google can easily be updated by a simple update request. Update your Google hours please. Life is hard work is hard, I work in the service industry and trust me some days I don’t want to talk to anyone, but that’s not how life works. Bro I just want some fries. I will be back and I will not stop going here. I’m not mad I’m just disappointed.

Guaranteed to mess up your order because no one speaks English and the morning manager will get an attitude when you tell her that her crew messed up another order due to the language barrier. The drive thru only works well in the afternoon when the white boy is there. At least he understands English.

Great service. Staff is always nice and makes sure the orders are accurate. This the location to stop at if you need a quick happy meal for the kids.

still dont have systems in place to meet morning demands. i placed an mobile order app for curbside. waited 35 min for my foot at the pick up. im ready for ai to take over food industry as humans dont want to ensure customer service for your money anymore.
