The breakfast here is always good, but their regular menu food sucks!! I received the most embarrassing quarter-pounder that I’ve ever seen, and the coffee flavor given to me is often wrong. Three stars because the Sausage-Egg-Cheese McGriddle is fantastic.

Don't bother trying to order on Uber eats I ordered and waited over 30 minutes only for my driver to call me and tell me they refused to make my order because they all of a sudden went into breakfast when I ordered way before then. You all should cut off at a certain time if that's the case! Don't have people waiting for food they won't get!!!

DISSATISFIED! They took so long to give up our food. They guy taking our order, was rude and not very helpful. When we eventually received our food, i asked the guy if he can just throw our empty cups away inside (cause it was 2:15am and freezing outside) and his response was “no, there is a bin there outside”. Totally rude… When we opened our bags, they threw our 4 packets of fries in, and 2 of them were just out of the little bags and mixed in the big bag! Disgusting!! Worst Mc Donalds in America!

I just left there from being at work for 14 hours at the hospital. I know McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant and people always complain. The customer service are great but my burger was not. I asked for a Mc double no cheese add mustard with the Mac sauce did not get that.

Horrible service, waited for a long time to place our order thru drive thru when we were right at the intercom. They have 2 lanes and all the other cars kept going placing their orders. Took our order wrong and then when we told them the manager made us go back in lane. He said there was no other way. Worst service ever. Manager did not even care.

Should have an option for 0 stars Arrived at McDonald's and evidently their online ordering system still accept lunch and dinner orders but they are currently switched completely to breakfast even if you place your order online they're advising they have no orders even if they came in before breakfast started this is really bad and terrible and this is not the first time the issue is taking place at this McDonald's I mean when you're switching your online system should recognize you can't order lunch dinner it should recognize you have to order Breakfast also there's no difference with lunch and dinner really if you think about it a long time ago the prices were different now they are not. Got to be better and also I sat at window waiting to be acknowledged had to get their attention.
I wanna give the benefit of the doubt because it’s New Year’s Eve and both drive thru’s were long. I had a mobile pick up and it was not what I ordered. I can’t go back because the line was so long :( I know it’s not really a big deal but after a long flight, I just wanna enjoy what I usually order

Ordered at the counter to dine in. Order took forever. I had to go ask about it and it was waiting getting cold because it was marked kiosk order. 4 employees were on break at the same time.
I will NEVER return to this location on Spring St in Smyrna. These people are disgusting! The manager stood by as I was in the drive thru while 2 employees were arguing and cussing each other out then I asked to be given new nuggets due to receiving mines cold and instead of making fresh ones, the manager just put them back in the grease which I know for a fact because I buy one and when they gave me the "new" ones, the bite mark was still there. 🤮 I took pictures because I was in disbelief and got rid of the nuggets. That's sick on so many levels and no telling how many times they have done this and what kind of illness they are possibly spreading doing things like this. They should be closed down for good.
