They ALWAYS have a 100 health food score. Their drive thru staff is always super nice. The current score is not deserved. I come through here more than I should and always have a great experience.

Literally waited 20 minutes for my frappe and when I finally got it the drink was watered down and basically old ! Lady the front skipped passed me and kept trying to get all the on lines orders to the people not knowing I was an online order .. she thought I was finna order at the counter and even if I was it doesn’t give her the right to skip pass me and take everyone else numbers

I love McDonald’s. It’s always an A+ product and food I love to eat, often. I eat McDonald’s 2 - 3 days a week But I’m beginning to get frustrated with the drastic changes and themes I am seeing. (Corporate, maybe, idk, but it’s happening at this location)
My order (the same I’ve had at this location for 6+ years has drastically gone up; what was once under $4, is now over $9 for the same order within 3 years time) I fully understand economics, supply and demand, but up charging while you lack employees doesn’t add up when your not getting the quality or quantity your request. Who are we paying? It’s all automated, and nobody is available to help. Customer Service used to be great at this location but now I can’t barely speak to a human. No personal interaction and nobody helping with orders.
I ordered a Large Fry, that (I can share photos that surely show I’m getting less than a small fry) complete rip off considering the the fact I ordered a large fry but reduced less than a small in a large container). I’ve had this happen a handful of time at this location so this has caused me to share these thought. Again, I love McDonald’s and it’s a great product, but I feel like this location is constantly shorting me.
I know this could be corporate policy, I hope so, but charging me 50 cents to add mayonnaise on my burger… Ludacris.

The food is good! Don’t get me wrong. It’s the same McDonalds that we hope and want. It’s consistent. BUT getting charged for mayonnaise all while getting an order of fries that’s a 1/3rd of what I payed, that’s frustrating. Especially when the fries cost me nearly $5 and only getting the single fry count that could fit on my 2 hands!

I love McDonald’s! I just asked that this service gets better. You’re the closest McDonald’s to my home so I count on y’all to be the best. I’m hoping I can count on the changes so that I can be coming back more consistently. my favorite fast food! Just hope quality and quantity changes. Thank you!

Placed an order in the app for coffee and french fries and I used points, so I can’t get my points refunded. We pulled through the drive thru within 5 minutes of placing our order. There was a car in front of us and to the side of us that took their sweet time ordering and were laughing and flirting through the speaker. When we pulled into the area for the speaker we gave our order number and the gentleman stated that they “just ran out of food.” It was 3:09 AM and they close at 4. Was the plan to have no food for 50 min? We literally just wanted fries and coffee… He didn’t offer for us to wait 10 min and get our order. Just said they had nothing and we had to leave. Fairly upsetting as we are on a long road trip. Beware to anyone else: don’t use your app at this location and and I recommend finding a different location down the road that will be more accommodating.

Y’all. When I tell you. I can’t make this stuff up. I don’t understand why these people work in customer service and not have a strong leadership team excelling on that level of what’s supposed to be an expertise. The morning crew is rude, unprofessional and NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED so that the owner(s) can make better decisions on bringing in people to represent them and the organization well. I have been visiting this location on Spring Rd. for the past two years. This is the most convenient location, being that I live across from the TKE tower out in Truist Park. I order the same meal every morning and each morning, there is a different issue. The prices are inconsistent and the crew members aren’t properly trained with the POS. I use the app frequently and never have any issues until this manager takes the order. She tells me my code is invalid and that I’m not within the “Geo Fence” to use the app. I explain each time we have this issue that I open the app as I’m sitting at the menu board and that this shouldn’t be an issue. Of course, there’s nothing they can do about it because, “Sir. We know nothing about the app. You have to pull up and wait 15 minutes and try again”. Like….. whhhhaaaattttttt???????? I go into the front counter and the managers are completely oblivious to what occurred in the drive thru. No one has spoken to me. This is ridiculous. Just two nights before this incident, I order a chocolate chip cookie tote and I ask for them to be cooked fresh. I don’t mind waiting. They tell me to park in one of the spaces provided and and TWO occasions, have forgotten about my order and leave me sitting in the spot for over 30 minutes!!! I went inside to ask about it and they tell me that no one knew about the cookies and I needed to provide a receipt for proof of purchase!!! Then would have the unmitigated gall to ask me to do the survey on the receipt to rate my service for a free sandwich!!!! You got to be kidding me!!!!! Listen, y’all. Take your money and take your chances with the Burger King across the street. Your burger bun might taste like it was made and sitting under the heat lamp for 2 days but those fries gonna be hot and ready like those Little Caesar’s pizza’s.

I ordered a Big Mac combo with extra pickles and extra Mac sauce with a fil-o-fish sandwich. I told them that I wanted all of my food dropped fresh and once again they didn't fix my order right. They didn't put any pickles on the Big Mac and the French fries were UNCOOKED/SOGGY. They literally put raw fries in my bag and I had to throw them away. This location employees are always lazy, have nasty attitudes, and don't even know how to cook the food correctly. I don't know how this location is even still in business and they could easily give customers food poisoning selling UNCOOKED FOOD ALL OF THE TIME. I will never patronize this location again.
