I'm just going to upload the picture of this ice cream cone I just payed $2.75 for. I really don't understand how this passes for an ice cream cone. THERE IS LITERALLY 3 BITES. Last time I'm coming to McDs for anything. I just don't understand, it's all I ordered. I'm not gonna complain to the staff. If your employee gave me this cone and watched themselves make it and hand it to me, there are bigger problems in your kitchen than this cone. Lol

Everything about this place is terrible, especially the attitude of the managers and employees, they talk crazy to customers because of their shortcomings. Every single person here is complaining or asking for a refund and the manager said she doesn’t care if ppl get a refund or not and walked away from the counter.

2/15/23 11:29pm "closed" again. Told me when I was at the drive-thru I could order on Uber eats and have it delivered to my house. -2
2/12/23 10:05pm the honeymoon phase is over. New facility back to it's old tricks. 24-hour facility closed at 10pm. Wish I wasn't going in for my night shift now with no food to eat. From one shift worker to another thanks for making me sad.

11/17 new facility Grand open. Major improvement drive-thru speed. Drive-thru attendance remarkably friendly. Well done +3

9:30 on a Sunday night this drive-thru is about 15 cars deep.

2/24/22 10:00pm. Sat in drive through for 30+ minutes 10 of them at the speaker. Someone finally comes on and says sorry we're not taking orders our system is down. They're letting people wait in line 30 minutes before they tell them.
4/7/22 1:26pm lobby closed. 20 cars in drive thru. Unavailable to eat lunch today because of time wasted.

11/2/24 11:39 just did 40 min in the drive through
2/9/25 4:32am attempted to order breakfast employees know we're in sight.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s, mainly due to the general manager’s rude attitude and unprofessional behavior. Instead of leading by example, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful to both customers and staff. It was clear that they had no interest in providing good service or ensuring orders were accurate. The team seemed frustrated, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic. If management doesn’t care, how can they expect their employees to? This location needs serious improvement, starting from the top. I won’t be coming back.

I was served by demarcus who was very kind and although the store was finished handling orders made sure that my doordash order for pickup was available for me treated me with kindness I appreciate this story and we'll be sure to make sure that it is one that I come back to much appreciated 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Took literally 45 minutes to get my food in the drive-through, then I got it and it was wrong. They told me to pull forward and they would bring it out to me, I sat right there another 15 minutes and it still was wrong. Never going back again.

Honestly, for the most part, this place has very rude workers and very ghetto, meaning you can hear them cursing and laughing up a storm, even speak bad about customers while we are all waiting to either pay/wait for our food. I’ve had a lot of very rude interactions, on the other hand I have met Nice people were here as well who are courteous, and seem like they care about their job, even if they don’t. It is very systematic, because what I have noticed is most of the times the workers who are rude are the managers and that’s a problem, especially in the nighttime. This goes for dining in and in the drive-through. If you don’t have customer service experience, you need to be working the line. I went in today January 11 at 8:30 PM. There were two male working the window and one lady bagging the food, she was beyond rude. It took my breath away. So to whoever she is, she needs to have a Talk with the higher up about customer service.

Terrible customer service. I place an order on uber eats and half of my items are missing. So I contact uber support and they couldn't help me becuz of their policy so I come back to mcds and they are rude and tell me they are not going to help me either. The gm is really rude she even cursed at me. She 40 some yrs old and with no emotional intelligence
