The drive through girl wanted to be on her phone and was inconvenienced by taking orders. She kept the lines long by placing everyone in line on long holds and not coming back to take orders causing customers to drive up and place orders at window then had an attitude about that as if she didn’t leave people waiting. Smirked instead of apologized throughout conversation. Manager had an attitude because she seemed overworked. Very poor service even for fast food.

And extra large fries
Only got two burritos and fries the young man at the window confirmed my order but gave me the wrong items by the time I got home it was the wrong stuff waste of my money yall check yall items cuz these folks don’t gaf

Terrible service i waited 15 minutes for cold food! then it was hair in my fries. I called the store multiple times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone.

Came in on a Sunday night and ordered on the kiosk and our food came out super quickly. I was redeeming some free food and had to do separate orders and they came out before I could place the next one. The girl was really nice about it too even though I know it was a huge inconvenience for her.

If you use their drive thru you'd better have an hour to kill. And with the new self-service ordering system inside the restaurant there is rarely anyone at the counter so if you try to pick up a mobile order you have to flag down someone in the kitchen which only has a narrow view of the counter. It's gotten so bad lately that even though this is by far the closest location to me, I drive out of my way to other locations rather than endure the wait. The location has a Double Menu Drive Thru lane and a Three Window Pick-up (one pay and two delivery) design but they have never, to my knowledge, utilized the third window as it was intended to help expedite the line during high volume.

They say they’re open 24 hours but they decided to close early today around 12am. Pull up to the drive through after paying on the mobile app to get NO response from staff. Someone came out the side door and said “we’re closed!!!!” To everyone in the drive through and shut the door. UNACCEPTABLE! DONT put store hours 24/7 when a manager doesn’t feel like working their scheduled shift. Tried to use my rewards and now, since i redeemed them at a store that didn’t feel like working, i can’t use them ever again. This is completely unacceptable. Also, contacting corporate on the website is a complete JOKE. Something needs to be done about this. Hopefully all staff that HID in the back ignoring customers while they had a line of cars wrapped around the building gets fired!!!

Terrible food and even worse management, they will give you food that was cook seems like hours in advance try to reheat the chicken in the deep fryer making a grease soggy wet breading falling off mess, then if you order a customized burger they will just ignore that to and give you one with everything on it that is ridiculously dry from sitting in the warmer for what seems like hours after cooked, the food is disgusting and inedible and they will then not respond back to you and deny you refund the through McDonald's and the are to stupid to check you app to see how often you come there as the will loose a weekly customer rather then refund for a meal they have to be well aware was trash. If anyone out there knows who the owner of this franchise location is I would really appreciate the information as I don't take lightly to someone stealing from me and hiding behind and app I would love a chance to see him in person and as I highly doubt we will have the same turn out and he would try to treat me like this to my face. And if you are the owner and see this be man enough to confront the people you steal from. update: McDonald's claimed that the franchise would not respond to them the first few times then they said the franchise denied my refund so I am trying to find out who the franchise owner is so I can deal with him directly (as I don't take people stealing from me lightly) and according to Cobb County Tax assessors office this is a corporate owned McDonald's.

I'm just going to upload the picture of this ice cream cone I just payed $2.75 for. I really don't understand how this passes for an ice cream cone. THERE IS LITERALLY 3 BITES. Last time I'm coming to McDs for anything. I just don't understand, it's all I ordered. I'm not gonna complain to the staff. If your employee gave me this cone and watched themselves make it and hand it to me, there are bigger problems in your kitchen than this cone. Lol

Everything about this place is terrible, especially the attitude of the managers and employees, they talk crazy to customers because of their shortcomings. Every single person here is complaining or asking for a refund and the manager said she doesn’t care if ppl get a refund or not and walked away from the counter.

2/15/23 11:29pm "closed" again. Told me when I was at the drive-thru I could order on Uber eats and have it delivered to my house. -2
2/12/23 10:05pm the honeymoon phase is over. New facility back to it's old tricks. 24-hour facility closed at 10pm. Wish I wasn't going in for my night shift now with no food to eat. From one shift worker to another thanks for making me sad.
11/17 new facility Grand open. Major improvement drive-thru speed. Drive-thru attendance remarkably friendly. Well done +3
9:30 on a Sunday night this drive-thru is about 15 cars deep.
2/24/22 10:00pm. Sat in drive through for 30+ minutes 10 of them at the speaker. Someone finally comes on and says sorry we're not taking orders our system is down. They're letting people wait in line 30 minutes before they tell them.
4/7/22 1:26pm lobby closed. 20 cars in drive thru. Unavailable to eat lunch today because of time wasted.
