This restaurant is very unprofessional. I go in yesterday for the first time to try this restaurant at 6:30. I ask the cashier were they close bc neither greeted me, he says no but the lite skin dude in the back with a little Afro says they are close. So I ask him the hours he says 11am-7pm again it’s 6:30 pm. So I’m asking how y’all close 30 minutes prior to 7pm he drinks his milkshake crook his head sideways and says they do not do walk in orders all nonchalant at 6:30. No where on the website or windows of the building it says this he didn’t offer that info I had to ask him how it works. I own four business I was looking to inquire their service once a week to feed my 50 employees but lite skin fellow in the back ruined that.

My first time ever ordering.. Showed up to pickup several orders, placed online. CLOSED. Placed a phone call. Was informed that someone would be there to make the order shortly & that they would call when the order was complete. Was also given the option to request a refund. I work from home & live close by, so I figured okay, why not. I can give a little grace, since things happen. Yeah I know.. Anyway, after several hours of absolutely no communication and another trip to the restaurant (Still closed) a refund was requested. Just to be told that the owner is the one who has to request the refund. After that we, myself along with Chow Now, made several more attempts to contact the owner. Chow Now stated the owners phone has been shut off and will attempt to send an email to the. Making another attempt to contact the restaurant/owner, I reach out and comment on two of their IG posts that they made over an hour AFTER they were supposed to open. I explained the situation and requested an update. Instead of replying to my comments or even sending me a private message, they delete my comments & completely ignore my inquiries. Please do NOT let any of their IG reviews fool you, since they seem to make it common practice to delete any comments that shine a light on how this establishment is really managed. I see that its just not the front counter workers that need a course in customer serviec. This is truly a case of how the workers reflect the leadership. I was really looking forward to trying & supporting establishment, but this is the same equivalent of getting fired on your day off. Without ever setting foot in this place, I already know that I never will... and I will save any of my friends, or their friends from wasting their time. What a shame. No, I do not need a reply from this establishments owners trying to justify what happened, because your excuses will never make your behavior & lack of professionalism okay. Even though we WILL get a refund, my time is what you will never waste again.

All these ratings for me started as a 5 star experience on all levels. Food was fire, service was fire, attention to detail was fire as well. That has all changed as of recently. I was a multiple visits during the week customer to now being done with them. I had my orders on reorder through the app only to notice that the price was the same for the wings but instead of receiving 10, you only get 6 FOR THE SAME PRICE. These are whole wings. So imagine paying over $42 for 12 wings instead of 20. Also without the boss sauce that you asked for as well lukewarm customer service that was disingenuous and no eye contact. I asked why they did this(not annotating the change and only offering 6 wings instead of 10, the gentleman said "because we sell out.") I know this place is successful but guys don't forget what got yall there. Hope yall can turn this around in the future.

Poor customer service they talked the whole time. They serviced their regular that came after me food first which caused me to be there more than an hour. Once I got my food my hand full of end fries were cold and my salmon Philly was dry. I really didn’t have another hour to give. I live 45 mins away. My first experience was not a good one.

The salmon cheese steak is the only reason why I go there. I've only been able to order it once, even though I've been there 3 times. They never answer their phone, and when you do take the drive to the restaurant, you'll see a sign that says, sold out, or they'll be short staffed and they'll close hours earlier than what their website says. It's like rolling the dice trying to get food from this place.

Absolutely not a single staff member moved with any sense of urgency.I will not be returning and this review is not meant to deter anyone from patronizing this establishment.My discretionary income is not meant to be wasted on any business that does not value their customers ?

I ordered the jerk salmon philly and fries. It took an hour to get my order. The combos don’t come with a drink. The small cup of sauce is $1 extra. Nothing was offered for the wait. Seems like there was no sense of urgency or customer service.

I really hate to be that person but I have to leave a review. First off the food is pretty good but the customer service is the reason I won’t return. The cook was in the back cooking food on his phone constantly and not washing his hands! Everyone knows cellphones carry germs. I watched him for 20 mins touch his phone and then continue to fix food for numerous of customers. I watched from the window and he had the nerve to wave at me and get an attitude because I was watching him and wondering when he would wash his hands. I hope the owner finds this review and makes the necessary changes to his kitchen to avoid people from being sick because Im sure those messages/calls could have waited. It didnt seem that urgent. I just left 8/10 12pm so who ever is back there cooking at this time needs to do better!

While their food is really good (I love the wings with the boss sauce), their customer service the last few times has been horrible. It should not take me waiting for 30 minutes, going inside to collect my food and I find out the order hasn't even been started. Also why on earth would you think it's okay to yell across to the young man upfront taking orders to tell me it would be 20 minutes for my food. I'm standing right there, you're less than a foot away, just say ma'am your food will be ready in 20 minutes. They need better time management not to mention they're always out of something. As much as you pay for their food, especially a 6 piece being $2 less than a 10 piece which is $20, the customer service should be better. I think they are a very good black owned business however they have a lot of work to do when it comes to their customer service aspect of their business.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent online order experience at your restaurant. Despite arriving slightly late at 12:22 pm for an order ready by 12 pm, I was told it would take another 10-15 minutes. After returning, I learned the salmon had just arrived, necessitating an additional 15-20 minute wait. Unfortunately, even after waiting patiently, my order was not ready.While seeking assistance, I encountered reluctance from a staff member, but another staff member kindly addressed my concerns. I inquired about avoiding such delays in the future and, given the extensive waiting time, requested some form of compensation. A drink was eventually provided as a gesture of goodwill.Despite my appreciation for your food quality, this experience was unsatisfactory. I hope this feedback encourages improved customer service and operational efficiency. The prolonged wait and communication lapses marred an otherwise positive impression of your establishment.

We visited here 7.30.23, the young man taking orders could barely be heard when taking our order and seemed annoyed when I asked him to repeat himself. Our order was placed at 1:40pm. An UberEats Driver was verifying the order for her customer and asked if their extra sauce was included in the order; to my dismay the young man "responded I hope so". Another customer inquired about his order and the same young man responded "I don't know". Really!?!? It's apparent the young man may have not been properly trained or just doesn't grasp the importance of his role as he's representing this establishment with each customer interaction.At 2:20pm, I got tired of waiting and returned to my vehicle while my husband remained inside. When he returned to the car at 2:40pm, he began to tell me about a customer who expressed his frustration with waiting over an hour for wings! Their overall process could use some fine tuning. There is no reason for the entire staff to visibly see customers waiting for long periods & not acknowledge us or at least thank us for being patient. Our patty melts were tasty, but the fries were lukewarm. I don't know if they cooked them first while preparing other orders, but why have a long wait and still feel okay giving out non-piping hot, fresh from the grease fries! For me, that could have possibly made up for the lackluster customer service.Parking: Parking is decent depending on the time of day and other activities going on in Village Green, .

Took them 45+ mins to get order completed. Poor customer service. Only outside sitting (not cleaned properly). No sorry for the wait time. Fries tasted like seafood.If you come, be prepared to wait.
