Nikki, our waitress, and Henry, the manager, were amazing! This was our first time at this location, and my husband and I absolutely loved it. The place was very clean, and the food was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Chris the manager was awesome, you guys need to give him a raise. He’s very much engaged with his team. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone working had Wonderful attitudes.

A group of 4 of us dined tonight. Kaitlynn was our server and very attentive and friendly. I will certainly ask for her next time we go! Food was warm and delicious on this cold GA night! Thanks Kaitlynn!!

Randy Williams was our server tonight and he did a great job. He got our food fast, cared about refills, smiled, engaged a lot with us. We felt welcome and cared for. Will definitely come back again.

I came in an hour before close so I don’t expect the best of the best but 40 minutes for my food to come out when it was just me. I had ordered a. Appetizer as well but only got not even and entire breadstick but it look like someone bit the end of it. Normally this place is good but this time just sucked.

Our family of four had the best experience we’ve ever had at Olive Garden tonight, all thanks to our incredible server, Thomas. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly timed, and he checked in just the right amount. He was never intrusive, always thoughtful.

Thomas went above and beyond in every way. He anticipated what we needed before we even asked, made great recommendations, and treated our family with genuine kindness. It’s rare to find service this prompt, friendly, and professional, and we truly felt taken care of from start to finish.

We’ll definitely be returning to this location, and we’ll absolutely be asking for Thomas again. He turned an ordinary dinner into an outstanding experience. Olive Garden is lucky to have him!

This location has definitely went down in overall quality & customer service. Visited this location to pick up my to go order of 3 soups and breadsticks. To my surprise after my husband went in to grab the pick up order all my soups were 1/4 cup filled. I sent him back in to get a refund and they asked him could they fill it up so they could keep our money 🤡🤪. My husband declined and we left. Definitely will not be patronizing this location again. Horrible customer experience.

I have never in my life received such high quality of service. I had mentioned my shellfish allergy in passing at the table and our server Dominic went above and beyond to advise the kitchen and management. The kitchen manager came to my table to tell me how my dish (of just spaghetti) would be prepared and the steps they ensure to avoid any chance of cross contamination. I have never experienced this before at any other OG location. This place sets the bar and I will be back! A big thank you to Dominic and the rest of the OG Smyrna team. Outstanding job.

Everything was as expected. Nicole H (Nikki) was very pleasant to deal with. She was friendly and had great customer service. The manager came by the table and checked in on us and was very warm as well. Even the hostess was smiling and welcoming. Bathrooms were very clean, as were all carpets ans dining areas. Definitely one of the better, if not the best, Olive Garden locations I have been to across a few states.

We are visiting from Florida and made a To Go order online and Henry delivered our food to the car and there were a few missed items mostly condiments and something else and I called to let them know and Henry answered the phone and he was kind, apologetic and took care of the situation immediately and sent me an Olive Garden email gift card so we can come back and have lunch before we go on up to North Georgia to see family! Thank you so much Henry you are a pleasure to meet and talk to and we look forward to seeing y'all soon! Henry is a great example of how to treat customers the right way and I hope you buy him a good lunch and give him a raise and promotion! Thank you so much again we'll see you soon!

I was pretty disappointed in my experience here. The atmosphere was very dank and dark and it started out off. My waitress wasn't rude or mean but she was detached and you could tell she was busy and distracted. Anything needed for the most part had to be requested, if you could catch her. Another thing that I didn't like is I felt rushed. We ordered our drinks and then when she returned I ordered an appetizer. They brought out the salad and breadsticks and the appetizer maybe 5 minutes after I ordered it and literally 2 minutes later my food was coming out. Not only did I feel like it was already prepared and wasn't as fresh, I felt rushed. I wasn't even able to enjoy the appetizer so what's the point if the food is going to come out one minute after you order it. Overall I did not enjoy my visit here. I do like Olive Garden but this location has significantly fallen from Glory. The staff seems to be detached and they lack the the common warmth that I feel at Olive Garden's so I definitely won't return to this location.
