I’m here now with my Community Based Institution Class. I’m not personally eating, but it looks great. I watched as a worker checked every foods temperature. I have only one negative, so I hope that Management sees this. The Hot Water in the bathroom is EXTREMELY AND EXCEEDINGLY HOT! One could burn themselves easily. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen in this litigous society.

I have called over forty times and the last twenty minutes to try to get through to them. i'm trying to cancel an order.But they don't even answer their phone cause.I am not paying eight ninety 54 it to be delivered plus a tip when my art is only thirteen dollars!!!!! What business ever charges eight ninety five on the damn delivery app what the crap! How can you even afford to pay the delivery?

The workers this Sunday had to have the best customer service and were extremely kind. Will absolutely go back due to that. And the food was delicious (especially the honey walnut shrimp)

The food is good, the area is very quiet but there is a cashier with a Mexican accent who gives terrible service, is rude and argues with customers, she even charges for a glass to give water to the children! Panda Express being such a good restaurant, they should improve that important part, which is customer service!!!!! I noticed that the treatment he gave to an American was very different from the one he gave to me and my family!!!!! I hope you can see and take this comment into account.

The food is very good but the girl who serves with a Mexican accent is very rude and even over the soft drinks she fights for the sauces and the other cookies, neither gives it nor offers it, it is assumed that the customer is right and even over a glass and plate she fights with the clientele

I want to give a head nod to a manager that I saw working on a Friday night after 9:00 p.m. Mayleen grabbed my attention as soon as I was in line giving me a swift smile sing she would be with me in a few minutes as she helped other guests. I work in the service industry before as well as know what it takes to put in a lot of effort when working later shifts. Most people at this time are ready to go home. She worked with purpose, gave good direction to her teammates, and continue to smile no less than 10 other times in the brief 15 to 20 minutes I was eating dinner. She experienced no downtime and was always finding the next thing that needed to be done and was moving with a high efficiency, that type of positive attitude is contagious and it was very evident that the team moved at a even clip even if everybody else did not share the same enthusiasm, it was very efficient. I have been at other Panda locations where it seems like the manager is always barking and gave off an air of very high stress, this location while she was the person in charge was very smooth and was able to handle everybody's needs efficiently. Their company has an asset in this employee, it's 1 in 100 times if not more as a business professional that I see this kind of enthusiasm at this level of the service industry and I would be a mess not to take the time to give her accommodations as her bosses were not at work at this time. That's why I'm taking the time to leave this post so that everybody knows what a valuable employee she is.

I like to go here when I need food and really don't have time to wait for it. I don't like fast food because of how unhealthy it tends to be but this place is a great choice in a pinch for time and a healthy meal and it tastes good. I'd recommend it.
