The GM George is amazing was missing a few items from my group order and he provided phenomenal customer service on Panera Breads behalf including some pastries ! Thanks
I’ve seen other reviews dealing with the quality of food. My issue has been receiving the wrong order. In the past I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a blueberry bagel and they gave me a raisin bagel instead. I assumed they accidentally gave me the wrong bagel and didn’t bother to return to the location. You know, giving them a pass.
This morning I ordered the same thing as a to-go order. When I got to my office and opened the sandwich it was on a plain bagel. I returned to the store to get a refund. They informed me that they were out of blueberry bagels. My issue is that it wasn’t communicated to me at all. No one informed me or asked if I wanted to substitute for another bagel, they just made the change on their own. Now, I will say that they gave me my refund without any hesitation and did it very quickly. My review is more of a warning for takeout customers to check your order before you leave. If they’re out of an item you ordered, they tend to just make a substitution without informing you.

I wanted a soup bread bowl & for like the 3rd time at 3 different panera bread locations they we're out of bread Bowles. Like what time yous run out like by 10am or what??..so I just ordered tuna on sourdough bread 🍞 that they did have!.. The tuna was very good & fresh & it came with a bag of chips & had a sweet tea. They were pretty slow to come to the register & take mty order .Remind you this was at like around 1pm or just after. I just finished my tuna sandwich 🥪 & left.
Note* the 3 different times was not on the same day. It actually like 2 months apart around the same time of the day that's when I have my lunch break.
I did ask one location in Cummings if they had any bread bowls left cause I've seen a whole rack behind her in the kitchen & she actually answered no!..I said excuse me their right behind you mam!..she replied that's for tomorrow @ 2pm in the afternoon when I walked in.. I ask her if she can just get one off the rack & with an attitude replied again no those are for tomorrow she was the manager.
SO YOU NEED TO DO BETTER PANERA BREAD. WITH YOUR SUPPLY IN PLAIN SIGHT & WITH YOUR ATTITUDE EMPLOYEES.

I went about a week ago for a business meeting, and they did not disappoint. All of the items tasted fresh and delicious. The service was very prompt. We barely waited 10 minutes for our food. I would absolutely hold another business meeting there.
