Horrendous Customer Service… Called to place an order from this location and Howard the acting manager was quickly ready to transfer me to customer service after I told him that their system was having issues with applying a discount code. When I asked for a Jin or Jaret, managers that typically assist me, he then was ready to take my order, but rudely put me a hold without saying anything and came back to the line and said that he would have somebody to take my order. A young lady got on the phone to take my order and was very rude. She obviously needs some coaching when it comes to customer service. When I asked to speak with the manager, Howard completely defended her actions and made every possible excuse for. Even after telling him, my wife and father could overhear her rude behavior, he insisted that she’s very professional. I will never order again from this location.

I have ordered from this location a few times, the food has been okay, this time I did receive a undercooked pizza, and another thing that I would like to point out is while I was there waiting to get helped, I observed the two prep cooks that were there preparing the pizzas were not wearing hair net or beard net, what happened to the good manufacturing practices, I’m scared to even know if they were or weren’t wearing gloves.

I am a Dasher and I frequent multiple pizza locations around the metro-Atlanta area. I was very impressed with how fast the multiple pizzas ordered by my customer was ready. As soon as I walked in Eric greeted me and he was nice, professional and fast! With dashing being a side-hustle it is important that I get in and out as quickly as possible. I'd visited another Papa Johns location earlier that same day (Friday) and it took at least 14 minutes for the other to get ready. This store was impressive!

We placed a large order (85 pizzas) for a school event and from the get go Jim and Jared were both incredibly helpful and efficient. Their employee Sunny delivered all the pizzas hotand on time.. it took 17 bags in her car to hold them all. She was super friendly and sweet and helpful. A really good experience from start to finish!

This papa johns has a 3.2 rating for a reason. The only associates that performed excellent service and professionalism are the two guys that were making pizza. I'm sure the manager can roll the cameras back. There was a woman that has long braids and kept scratching her hair and on her phone and another lady who was on her phone constantly as well with people waiting in there on a Saturday evening. So would I go to this papa johns again. No unless something changes for the better. My food was not well done by the He time I got there they put it back in the oven and it came burnt.

There was a young guy with glasses with a low-cut light skin guy who was trying to help me. My card was charged, and my order was ready, but he did not give me my order. He kept slipping and sliding around the floor goofing around. Very unhelpful left without my order and they charge my card

Food was decent but my delivery was made through doordash. Never was I told that a third party company that I do not trust would be delivering my order nowhere was I made aware that they were brokering out their deliveries. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Moving super slow for no reason. The app shows my pizza ready but had to wait another 10 minutes while the pizza maker was vaping near the pizzas. Told my name 3x and my hot pizza was just sitting there waiting for another 4 minutes. Come on yall. Have some urgency.

Y’all need to take that pasta bowl off y’all menu . How the hell would y’all have pasta bowls that doesn’t come with noodles. This was horrible and overly greasy as well. This isn’t pasta y’all serving people a plate fully of grease with sauce, toppings , and a cheese .

They mess up our order almost 50% of the time and this time, when they sent us wings instead of the breadsticks I ordered, the “manager” sounded high and couldn’t understand what I was saying. He then refused to send our breadsticks to us and then abruptly hung up on me
