Order my food 3 hours ago 30 minutes into the order. The order was canceled. I reorder my foodude and was told my order. Would be ready in 30 minutes. I proceed to the store to pick up. And I waited an hour and a 1/2 and still have not received my food. I cancel my order to the joy of the employees there. I will never be back at this store.Terrible service and even longer weight times

I called three times and no pick up. I go into the store and order two pizzas and as the two male workers are making my pizza I see them throw dough and play around. I recieve my pizzas to see they didn’t make it how I ordered it. When I told the worker he said to me “ you didn’t order that” and I repeated “yes I did” and he proceeded to tell me “ No, you didn’t.” Even if I had not ordered it, it didn’t cost much to just fix it. Terrible customer service.

I’m here at papa John’s watching the young lady prepare my pizza she has on a black beaded bracelet .I walk back in to tell the young gentleman that her string on the bracelet she’s wearing keeps dangling into the fixing of the pizza ..he tells her and she smiles no apologies but continues to make other pizza ..all I say is this call contamination..

Ordered delivery one of my pizzas was made wrong they offered to send the order back out and never did after and hr I called back they said the driver was moving slow , the manager would not come to the phone…..now it’s after 11pm and they are closed I will never order from this location again!!!

Ordered for 7:30pm pickup yet it was "Done" at 5:50pm. Tried calling a few times but got disconnected. I'll probably be picking up cold pizza that's been sitting for over an hour and a half. It's a specific option to change from "Soonest Possible " vs "Pick Up at xx:xx"

I ordered from this location on two occasions. One time my experience was fine, the next time I never received my pizza and nobody ever answered the phone to check on the status. Management fixed this!

Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza for delivery and the cheese was not all the way melted. I called to discuss with someone about my pizza not being fully cooked. They hung up the first time. The second time I was able to speak with someone and they just told me to get the pizza well done next time to make sure it was cooked. He then proceeded to say the pizza was frozen and that is why it did not cook. Don’t recommend this location.
They always seem to put marinara sauce in my breadstick box when I request cheese, but are always happy to provide the cheese when we check. Younger kids working here but they appear to be the "good ones" providing good service and hardworking. The Twix breadsticks looked different than avertised but tasted delish!!Parking: I usually just park up front run in grab my pizza with my hazards on then head out for carryout.

The young man who took my order was polite but the boys in the back who were making the pizza were on their phones the entire time making me wait even longer for my order.

My family and I ordered for delivery and it states it will be approximately 45 min. No problem we put a show on for our 8 year old, while waiting. 50 min later I get a notification that our order has been delivered. I check no order. I give it 10-15 before calling because I see it's being delivered by door dash. Again no issue seeing I order quite a bit from papa John's.... another 20 min goes by and my husband calls the store, the manager is not very helpful and she stated there is no idea of her knowing where the order is, or even if it's delivered so she cannot guarantee our food. Almost like a "I don't really care" attitude. She mentioned they have no drivers for this location and this was her only option. I am very understanding, yet how can a huge corporation send out food and have absolutely no information on where it is. It has now been 3 hours since I ordered. No food and she didn't even want to give my money back. I will never order from here again, which sucks because like stated before I order here at least once a week. No longer for me. Next time I'll put my 8 year old on the phone so you all can tell her there will be no dinner tonight.
